UNIVERS SHOPPING CENTER - FIER
After the success of “UNIVERS” Shopping Center in Tirana, has started e new project for another center of this kind, in Fier.
QTU - Fier will be the biggest Shopping Center in this city and unique in her kind in South Albania. The construction of this center has started on 1st of June 2006 and will end 1st of November 2007.

QTU will become a crucial point of the Fier’s and the entire districts economy due to the varieties of goods offered, high quality, competitive prices for both luxuries and primary needs.

this is weird, we have NEPTUN shops which are in the same kind of business as the ones mentioned above. I checked the site of the Albanian NEPTUN shops and their visual identity is more or less the same. Yet they don't seem to be related at all, the Albanian web site doesn't mention any stores in Macedonia or Macedonia in any context nor have I ever heard about the Macedonian one being connected with some Albanian company.

My friend first of all FIER is not a village but a city with 100000 inhabitants than i'am sorry if i have done such a 'terrible' mismatch of threads,in the future it will be posted in the general ALBANIAN development thread....

Aside from oppening a seperate thread, great work in finding out about this Project. If this success story continues i can see a bunch of these malls poppin up in different centers in Albania.

I didn't say that Fier is a village I wanted to exaggerate things to get my point across. Anyways, welcome to the forum and like I said already I like the mall. Especially the fact that it is has a lot of windows, I love malls with big windows :cheers:

You'll not find anything in the websites since the companies (as legal entities) are not connected.

How is fier 100 000 inhabitants??

I lived in fier...and yes i know that the city has grown population wise like every city in albania...but i think its more like 55 000. Your stat probably includes the whole county.

TO Gotsomekicks - My friend i can say to you that not every bull**t written in wikipedia is true .THan to Refugjati FIER as a county is the repubblic's second county with 380 000 inhabitants,just after TIRANA,but i am talking about the city you know that in albania for every city exists different kinds of info for the cities population nr,for example for TIRANA some times back i saw in emporis website that has 244 200 inhabitants(lol such ridiculous thing everyone who lives in ALBANIA knows that such kind of info is not true,same thing for FIER refering to what GOTSOMEKICKS said refering that WIKIPEDIA may tell you that the population nr is 55 000,but you have to know my friend that on google earth the population nr for FIER is 60 695 and for TIRANA is 368 787,both are wrong i can tell you that according to FIER municipality official source the population nr is 100 000 inhabitants.So now my friend GOTSOMEKICKS tell who do you trust WIKIPEDIA or GOOGLE EARTH,finally i can say as an advise sometimes the flexibility on what the others tell you makes you gain more benefit than whatever is written on the web....FIER in the last 3 years had an incredible increasing of its population second probably only after TIRANA,the testimonial of what i am saying is given from the clusters of new palaces built in the last 3 years.P.S:you can see a part of the new skyline made of the new buildings built almost inthe last 3 years in the last post i made in the cities section for FIER.....:cheers:

Supermarketi Euromax eshte hapur ne Durres dhe ata po shohin mundesi per hapje dhe te nje QTU-je atje megjithate nuk eshte prioritare.

Planet jane per nje QTU te dyte ne Tirane diku nga ana tjeter e qytetit, por eshte akoma ne fazen e studimit dhe gjetjes se investoreve. Kjo, nese behet, do jete krejt ndryshe ne design dhe per here te pare (si koncept) ne Ballkan.

fieri ka pasur ritje te madhe the do ket akoma....si kur te filloj ajo ASG plant...do hapen 4000 vend pune per ta ndertuar the 400 per ta mirmbajtur. Mos harro se qarku i fierit ka me shum resources se sa cdo qark ne shqiperi...jo vetem vaj po edhe agrikulture dhe te tjera.

Po prap smund ta krahasosh me vloren ose durresin...qe jan qytete porti. Shkodra per mendimin tim nuk klasifikohet ne top5....ka papunensin me te madhe ne shqiperi....shum pak veta paguajn drita/uji/taxa etc.

Per sa i perket faktit qe euromax eshte hapur ne durres nuk eshte e vertete ,mendohet te hapet ne durres, shkoder,korce ne tirane eshte hapur tek lagjia 'komuna e parisit',por per te gjithe shqiperine e jugut do te jete si QTU vetem ajo e FIERIT.Pastaj per sa i perket asaj qe tha refugjati FIERI ka edhe industrine e naftes,dhe 1 mori biznesi qe rrallekush qytet tjeter e ka...

Behet fjale per nje "Theme Mall". Jane te njejtet Arkitekt Austriake (ATP) qe projektuan dhe shtesen e QTU-se qe eshte drejt perfundimit. Shpresoj se e ke degjuar qe QTU po zgjerohet me rreth 50% ne siperfaqe.

Sigurisht qe e kam degjuar zgjerimin e QTU-se e pashe ne sitin e tyre zyrtar ku edhe mora info per QTU-ne e FIERIT,me sakt gjithe infon e gjeta ne sitin e tyre....

Behet fjale per nje "Theme Mall". Jane te njejtet Arkitekt Austriake (ATP) qe projektuan dhe shtesen e QTU-se qe eshte drejt perfundimit. Shpresoj se e ke degjuar qe QTU po zgjerohet me rreth 50% ne siperfaqe.

^^ Projekti eshte akoma duke u dizenjuar nga Arkitektet Austriake dhe po, ideja i eshte paraqitur institucioneve financiare per te siguruar financimin.

KRT ja ka dhene aprovimin per qender tregtare ne ate zone.

Sic e thashe me pare, behet fjale per anen tjeter te Tiranes, krahasuar me QTU existuese. Mund te them vetem qe plani eshte per tu ndertuar aty ku tani ndodhet nje kompleks shume i njohur (toka do blihet prej pronareve te kompleksit ekzistues, pra ata nuk kane te bejne me projektin).

Nqs QTU-ja ekzistuese do zgjerohet 50% atehere i bie që të shtohen edhe 40 dyqane të tjera dhe sipërfaqja e përgjithshme do jetë rreth 13.000 m2
