Went to the showroom again today... the price gone up!! 1210sft Type A, KLCC view at average level 33 to 37... selling about 440K - 499K (partially furnished but the sales can't tell me how exactly the furniture will given, they have no idea at all, can't even tell me is it a 3+2seaters sofa or 2 seaters or something else).

Wondering... what's the price after complete...!! But the progress indeed slow! Launch in year 2005... until now... can't even see a single floor yet. The traffic there is the most worrying part... also... the flat next to it.
