Hi every body i have a unit in blvd29 i did buy at that time very expensive due to delay in project Emaar offer me 5% discount, i need your precious advice about this matter that either i have accept the discount and sign the new contract or i stick in the old one or wht to do?

Souq Al Bahar 90* unoccupied shop units.

Qamardeen Souq 99% have moved out after being 10% occupied with only the laundry remaining.

Al Manzil Souq: 50% empty.

Is it high rent from Emaar?
