The towers are close to a logistic area related to the harbor of Algeciras (pop. 114,000), the most important in Spain. They are located in the municipality of Los Barrios (pop. 21,000).

That is quite an interesting project. It seems almost Moorish in the architectural style- I guess with it being in the south of Spain, that might have been their intention? Nonetheless, thanks for posting this pavlemadrid and all the people for the nice updates..Keep them coming!

both were changed, but im still liking them!

I hate to bump this thread, but the Torres de Hércules project already got completed as of last year. In these forums it is pretty weird to have a thread focusing on a completed skyscraper listed as 'Approved', especially if there have been no replies in almost two years.
