احداث بزرگترین مرکز فرهنگی سینمایی کشور در پارک ملت / تهران می تواند میزبان جشنواره های بزرگ بین المللی باشد

بزرگترین مرکز تجمع فرهنگی کشور در زمینه سینما ، تا22 بهمن سال جاری در پارک ملت تهران احداث و آماده بهره برداری می شود.به گزارش سما( روابط عمومی شهرداری تهران) ، مهندس اکبر تشکری نیا ، مدیر عامل شرکت توسعه فضاهای فرهنگی شهرداری تهران ساخت بزرگترین مجتمع فرهنگی کشور در زمینه سینما را یکی از افتخارات این دوره شهرداری عنوان کرد و گفت: با ساخت این مجتمع ، تهران می تواند از این پس میزبان جشنواره ها و رویدادهای بزرگ بین المللی باشد

وی با اشاره به جزئیات این مجتمع فرهنگی سینمایی گفت : این مجتمع علمی – فرهنگی ، در زمینی به وسعت شش هزار متر مربع در پارک ملت قرار دارد و با 15 هزار متر مربع زیربنا ، به صورت قوسی شکل بنا شده است

تشکری نیا افزود:ارتفاع کل این مجموعه 40 متر و ارتفاع ساختمان 20 متر است که کاملا به سطح شهر مسلط است و به دلیل نمای کاملا شیشه ای ، می توان آن را یکی از زیباترین مجتمع های فرهنگی – علمی کشور دانست

مدیر عامل شرکت توسعه فضاهای فرهنگی شهرداری تهران با بیان اینکه این مجتمع بر اساس آخرین تکنولوژی روز دنیا در حال ساخت است اظهار کرد: این مجتمع علاوه بر فضاهای جنبی و تاسیساتی ، چهار سالن سینما دارد که به صورت قرینه ، دو سالن در بالای مجموعه و دو سالن در زیر زمین قرارگرفته و هرکدام با سالن های انتظار جداگانه ، قابلیت پخش فیلم های مختلف را برای بازدید 300 نفر تماشاگر دارد. وی افزود: علاوه برچهار سالن سینما ، بخش VIP ، کابین های ویژه نمایش فیلم یک نفره ، کافی شاپ و رستوران نیز برای این مجموعه در نظر گرفته شده است

تشکری نیا در ادامه گفت: سالن VIP به منظور نمایش فیلم برای افراد خاص ساخته می شود و کابین هایی نیز برای نمایش یک نفره فیلم وجود دارد که اشخاص می توانند برای انجام تحقیقات سینمایی به آن مراجعه و از ظرفیت این مکان با قابلیت انتخاب فیلم از آرشیو استفاده کنند

وی از ساخت زیباترین رستوران ایران در این مجتمع خبر داد و افزود: رستورانی که در طبقه آخر این مجتمع قرار دارد با سه هزار متر مربع ، به صورت غرفه های غذاهای متنوع ساخته شده است و به دلیل تسلط دید به همه سطح شهر تهران ، می توان آن را زیباترین رستوران کشور دانست

تشکری نیا با اشاره به ویژگی های نمای این مجتمع اظهار کرد: مجتمع علمی – فرهنگی پارک ملت به شکل مکعبی متغیر و قوسی شکل است و ارتفاع آن به هیج عنوان از درختان سطح پارک بلند تر نیست

وی در ادامه گفت: مواد و ابزار به کار رفته در این مجتمع در بالاترین سطح استاندارد روز دنیا قرار دارد و تمهیدات خاص اجرایی برای کنترل کیفیت بتن درآن انجام شده است که با همکاری دانشگاه تهران بر همه مراحل ساخت و طراحی بتن نظارت می شود

به گفته تشکری نیا دراین مجتمع علمی فرهنگی ، هیچ پله ای وجود ندارد و تردد افراد در آن به وسیله مسیر 280 متری رمپ ها صورت می گیرد که به صورت رفت و برگشت طراحی شده است

وی افزود: تونلی در زیر این ساختمان وجود دارد که دسترسی به همه قسمت های ساختمان را ممکن می سازد
مدیر عامل شرکت توسعه فضاهای فرهنگی شهرداری تهران با بیان اینکه ساخت این مجموعه به صورت جدی از اسفندماه سال 84 آغاز شده است گفت: در حال حاضر بتن ریزی در دو سمت E وC ساختمان به پایان رسیده است که با برنامه ریزی صورت گرفته ، بزرگترین مجموعه علمی فرهنگی کشور ، تا 22 بهمن به بهره برداری می رسد

وی با اشاره به اینکه تا کنون در ایران فضای مناسبی که بتوان در آن جشنواره ها و رویدادهای بزرگ بین المللی را برپا کرد وجود نداشته است ، ساخت این مجتمع را آبرویی برای کشور دانست و افزود: احداث این مجتمع علاوه بر آنکه به بخشی ازنیازهای شهروندان پاسخ می دهد ،کمبودهای موجود درزمینه سینما را تا حدود زیادی برطرف می کند و از این پس تهران توانایی آن را دارد که بتواند میزبان جشنواره های بزرگ بین المللی باشد

i was in iran 3days ago for 2weeks , i saw this thing they are building its pretty big, ,..... so is it just gonna be a cinema or complex like ...

^^ It says it has 4 main cinemas, and the remainder are mostly VIP individuald film viewing stations, as well as lounges, clutural centre and a huge food court and restaurants on the top floor with a very nice view of the whole city.
This is a cultural complex that is aimed to be used for International festivals and will be considered the biggest cultural centre in Iran.

Managing director of Urban Spaces Development Company announced that the cinema complex of Mellat Park has progressed 90 percent and is going through final stages to be officially opened by late June.
SAMA quoted Akbar Tashakkori-nia as adding that the scientific and cultural complex will be established over an area of 6,000 square meters and will have a buildup area of 15,000 square meters.
Tashakkori-nia stated that the complex will be 40 m high with a 20-m high building which has a good view of the entire city.
Managing director of Tehran Municipality’s Urban Spaces Development Company also noted that the complex will comprise four theaters arranged symmetrically, each with separate waiting halls, which can screen films for 300 persons.

it says the construction of this cinema complex is now complete, during this month it will be tested and it would open in tir ( equivalent to mid-june). it also mentions that the equipment of this complex has been imported from spain, italy and england. park mellat cinema complex has four 300-seated cinema halls.

nice cinema but I wiched it was like 3times bigger and at the back of the cinema a huge skyscraper in glass and metal ok that has nothing to do with the cinema but it would just look amazing!!:D

The Mellat Cinema Complex was opened during a ceremony at the Mellat Park on Sunday. Tehran Mayor Mohammad-Baqer Qalibaf and several Iranian cineastes and stage artists attended the ceremony. The number of cultural and artistic centers in metropolitan Tehran has been increasing in recent years and that is happening according to some detailed planning, Qalibaf mentioned during the ceremony.

Cinema is one of the most popular forms of art that plays an influential role in society. Tehran Municipality considers cinema as a means to debate cultural issues, he added. He went on to say that the theater hall for ritual performances will be open in near future and also expressed his hope that additional cultural and artistic complexes would be established in Tehran by next autumn.

The opening of the musical fountains and also the cinema complex in Mellat Park are two important projects that were completed recently in this region of Tehran, he added. The complex is in an area of 6000 square meters in southwestern part of the Mellat Park. It contains four theater halls with 280 seats, a cinematheque with 30 seats, and space for holding exhibitions and marketing cultural products.

The complex has been designed and built to the same standards of quality as Tehran City Theater, Vahdat Hall and Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts.

I think you're right. I know some of these people, and all they think of is MONEY! Islam=money for them! Iran=money for them! We have to bow for the existence of money, otherwise we wouldn't have much in Iran after the revolution!

This is the website for the cinema. My friend had gone there and he says it's a good cinema, tickets cost about 3000 Toman and cinema has 4 cinemas inside plus a photo exhibit, couple of small coffee shops and a restaurant.

Apparently most people buy their tickets for the cinem online in Tehran and like the plane you can specify where you want to sit when you but your tickets online.
