Wow, this seems to be copy paste architecture in the worst style...

Well, at least it's big.

I think it is something special! 450 luxurious apratments of 1 million to 8 million dollars and penthouses up to 1.700 m²,.... For a city like Sao PAulo this is nothing rare okay. But the concentration is special! :)

It may be luxurious but its ugly...its just one massive building with highrises sticking out the top. Looks like something out of a horror movie.

Acho que é mais de 168 metros.

ele era para passar 200m, mas a Emurb forcou a JHSF a mudar o projeto e reduzir a altura. O shopping do primeiro projeto era de 75m, com torres de 150m, somando 223m!

This is the biggest evidence that wealth doesn't mean good taste or sense of stylish.

Cello, esse troço ficaria melhor em Dubai ou na Malásia do que no Brasil, hehehe...

True there's visible progress in only 10 days, which i assume is the time between the posted pics. They must have very good construction methods, plus many pre-fab compenents.

It is a small condensed city inside the city.... I understand to develop the area they put a huge mix of shopping mall and too many residential highrises atop. The style is neo-french-classic with is too old fashioned for such expensive incorporation. So, the style is horrible. If it would be a better mix of old and futurist modern glassy towers would be more interesting. The problem are the commercial towers aside this complex. Too much money waste in the expensive residential/shopping mix, but not enough for better approach in the commercial towers, leaving they with poor money in simplist style.

I would say it is a good scenary for the next film DARKCITY, when you have the towers growing up each moon change and the mood and caracter people changes as well too fast, nobody knows the life before.

Of course I wouldn't mind having a big luxus apartment in one of those towers... but reality is other thing.
