I give it 6/10. I think its to kitschy for my taste. But I like some details in it and the blue color of the glass is nice. I think it would look nicer if the white walls was dark.

I think it would be better if it did not have that box attached to it.

It would only have 1/4 of its office space then :)

I give it 6/10 too, although it better fits to Istanbul{istanBLUE}
than to Wrasow, or any other Eouropean city.

This building gets a 8/10! Mostly because of its originality!

Pros: Original

Cons: The building looks shorter than is actually is.

I don't like it particularly. It's another one of these Warsaw skyscrapers that has one curvy side and a completely flat side.

Beautiful entrance. Lovely curves and glasswork. Too many bare spaces and too boxy on the side section. Unusual shape though.

Would have loved to have seen the other side/s. Could easily fit in Kuala Lumpur.

Great night shot.

It's interesting that most European forumers demean this building, whereas forumers from rest of the world, not knowing why people hate this tower so much in Poland (predominantly because it is Turkish built) vote higher. Not surprising, since looking at it without bias, you'd realize that it's not much worse than many towers in Warsaw (including all those boxy towers such as Sony Tower or LOT Tower). That said, it's nothing special.

This is not a building for standing alone. It needs some company of other Skyscrapers.

Let's hope that one day a Polish company will build a +100m skyscraper in Istanbul (something like the Tower of Culture would be nice, thanks! :D)

you gave crappy pics so don't expect high marks for it; most people hate it (they say it is cheap ass Turkish architecture and that it looks like a shower booth), I find it average. I am not a fan of the bulge on the side and the blue-white combination fits Istambul more than Warsaw, but overall it gets a passing grade. Could be better, much better, but we have what we have and we have to live with it :)

It was build in 1990's by Turkish investors :)))

Good one though, thanks for making my day

It's OK. It's quite tall. It sould be between other skyscrapers, but even now, in its lower part it well fits with surrounding mid-rise buildings.

one of the investors (or the only one?) was Vahap Toy, and thus people called this building "Toi Toi" (name of the plastic public toilets). Really WC - clean buthing nothing more. 3/10

You may wonder why some people here would
rather see it in Istambul. It's 'cause Reform Plaza
was designed and build by Turkish man
Vahap Toy. But if I look at some of the Istambul's
skyscrapers, I'd like 'em here in Warsaw instead
of this one.

Rather bland, unoriginal design, and a bit squat. The smooth blue facade is quite nice though, and the night lighting is also quite good.
