I give it 6/10. I think its to kitschy for my taste. But I like some details in it and the blue color of the glass is nice. I think it would look nicer if the white walls was dark.
BGT October 6th, 2002, 11:12 PM I think it would be better if it did not have that box attached to it.

It would only have 1/4 of its office space then :)
Sunflower October 6th, 2002, 11:28 PM 5.5/10
It just doesn't look that good :(
kuba October 6th, 2002, 11:28 PM I give it 6/10 too, although it better fits to Istanbul{istanBLUE}
than to Wrasow, or any other Eouropean city.
Bob di Gills October 7th, 2002, 12:02 AM sorry, Bob no like
5/10 :(
RafflesCity October 7th, 2002, 12:49 AM 6/10
I would walk past it without looking up...
SteelCity32 October 7th, 2002, 12:56 AM Short, not the best looking thing in the world...5/10
DrumCorpsAlum October 7th, 2002, 06:34 AM Unique and effective. 9.0/10.
Caledon1981 October 7th, 2002, 07:28 AM i really like it . . i love blue glass! 8.3/10
X-seed 4000 October 7th, 2002, 09:17 AM This building gets a 8/10! Mostly because of its originality!
Pros: Original
Cons: The building looks shorter than is actually is.
AG October 7th, 2002, 01:52 PM I don't like it particularly. It's another one of these Warsaw skyscrapers that has one curvy side and a completely flat side.
5/10
Chris October 23rd, 2002, 04:21 PM give 5/10
SUNNI October 27th, 2002, 12:21 PM short but nice
intervention November 20th, 2002, 04:48 AM This thing should not have been built anywhere outside of Istanbul. Geez, it's an eyesore :P
luis4083 November 21st, 2002, 10:37 AM 6/10
Muse November 21st, 2002, 08:02 PM Beautiful entrance. Lovely curves and glasswork. Too many bare spaces and too boxy on the side section. Unusual shape though.
Would have loved to have seen the other side/s. Could easily fit in Kuala Lumpur.
Great night shot.
7.5
Lars November 23rd, 2002, 02:59 PM Looks interesting, the shape is kind of a small MAINTOWER. 8.5/10
TYW November 24th, 2002, 12:01 PM 7/10
not bad!!
Eddy November 24th, 2002, 05:24 PM 7.5/10
Pablo December 1st, 2002, 11:03 AM 7/10
Evergrey April 10th, 2003, 03:29 AM 4 kitschy and awkward
The Messiah June 27th, 2003, 05:21 PM 6.5/10
renell June 27th, 2003, 07:26 PM 6/10 not that interesting.. i don't really like, besides the blue glass
xgokhan June 28th, 2003, 02:27 AM It's interesting that most European forumers demean this building, whereas forumers from rest of the world, not knowing why people hate this tower so much in Poland (predominantly because it is Turkish built) vote higher. Not surprising, since looking at it without bias, you'd realize that it's not much worse than many towers in Warsaw (including all those boxy towers such as Sony Tower or LOT Tower). That said, it's nothing special.
goschio June 28th, 2003, 04:25 AM This is not a building for standing alone. It needs some company of other Skyscrapers.
8/10:pet:

Let's hope that one day a Polish company will build a +100m skyscraper in Istanbul (something like the Tower of Culture would be nice, thanks! :D)
Falcaonet June 29th, 2003, 07:40 PM Warsaw has some of the most beautiful buildings in europe.8/10

Oh please, not that communist monstrosity. I prefer something beautiful like WTT.
SoboleuS September 2nd, 2003, 02:27 AM I think it's not that bad ;)
The front side is quite nice, but the back is terrible :puke:
Overall 5/10
Wu-Gambino September 3rd, 2003, 12:14 AM 6.5/10
marek bielski September 9th, 2003, 06:19 AM you gave crappy pics so don't expect high marks for it; most people hate it (they say it is cheap ass Turkish architecture and that it looks like a shower booth), I find it average. I am not a fan of the bulge on the side and the blue-white combination fits Istambul more than Warsaw, but overall it gets a passing grade. Could be better, much better, but we have what we have and we have to live with it :)
6.5/10

LOL
It was build in 1990's by Turkish investors :)))
Good one though, thanks for making my day
Patrick September 13th, 2003, 04:15 PM facade: don't liek it
form: circle part could be hiigher or boxy part could be lower
points: 4,5
AGC September 14th, 2003, 12:28 PM It's OK. It's quite tall. It sould be between other skyscrapers, but even now, in its lower part it well fits with surrounding mid-rise buildings.
hermit September 23rd, 2003, 11:01 PM one of the investors (or the only one?) was Vahap Toy, and thus people called this building "Toi Toi" (name of the plastic public toilets). Really WC - clean buthing nothing more. 3/10
artoor October 28th, 2003, 01:34 AM You may wonder why some people here would
rather see it in Istambul. It's 'cause Reform Plaza
was designed and build by Turkish man
Vahap Toy. But if I look at some of the Istambul's
skyscrapers, I'd like 'em here in Warsaw instead
of this one.
1/10

andysimo123 December 12th, 2004, 09:10 PM 6/10
Monkey December 26th, 2004, 06:37 PM Rather bland, unoriginal design, and a bit squat. The smooth blue facade is quite nice though, and the night lighting is also quite good.
7/10
Raine December 28th, 2004, 01:44 PM The ugliest of all skycrapers in Warsaw IMO
