Last sunday I went with some friends to have lunch in Alphaville, a district of Belo Horizonte, Brazil. It's a beautiful place, full of restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, etc, plus many residential condominiums for detached houses only, all surrounded by hills and a lake, called the Lake of English or Lagoa dos Ingleses, in portuguese. The commercial area, where I took most of my photos, has a predominantly "spanish architecture". In the condominiums, however, houses have more comtemporary styles, as you'll see in this thread. The area is linked to downtown Belo Horizonte by a freeway.

So, I present you Alphaville Belo Horizonte, or simply Alphaville BH.
