该集团主席赵世曾博士说：“我认为在大马从事服务式公寓前景可观，这里的服务式公寓一般上虽只属于3、4星级，但回报却非常理想。若有5星级的服务式公寓，相信会更吸引人。”

“进军大马之前，我曾做多次的市场调查，并发现大马的房价比新加坡、泰国等地便宜。”他认为我国产业价格仍有不少的上涨空间，因此对本地产业市场充满信心。

according to the news,.. the plan contain 4 phases. 1st phase is the completed Parkview serviced apartment, 2nd phase will be the u/c 71-storey building..

i think most probably it will be 71 storeys building as this news released last week.. hopefully..

yes. that one is indeed Idaman Residence..not Chao Center 2nd phase.

thanks for correction.. but from the small map the construction site circled is definitely the location of chao centre.. anyway hope for further info/news bout this highrise..

yeah it could be 4... last time got rendering in our forum.

but 71 storey meh? i thought it was reported before to be 40-50 stories.
