This granite and glass skyscraper has a cross shaped plan with bay windows projecting from each end of the cross. The top of the building changes to all glass and the arms of the cross terminate in an angled form with a flat top. At that point the crossing of the axes is crowned by a pyramidal top that is all glass. The tower was designed by SOM (Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill). Situated on a relatively small city block, the project includes several levels of parking beneath the landscaped site. The site also features many bronze sculptures. A small two story pavilion is also located to the north of the tower and it houses a museum. The skyscraper is Post Modern in styling and is 686 feet tall with 50 stories. The Trammel Crow Center is the 6th tallest building in Dallas and is named after its principal tenant.

Its so hard to rate buildings like this. There's not much where I can comment on but on the other side there's nothing to be cheerful about. somehow this building is typically Dallas to me. a 5.0 for Trammel Crow

this one has been known to be the most underrated skyscraper in Texas. It's hardly ever mentioned and imo, is a GREAT building.

6.5/10. The only good thing about it is the post modern look and the crown. Points off for a rip-off of BofA Frisco design and a color that reminds me of a chocolate bar that gives diarraeha. *vomit*

Looks great up close, with a surprisingly detailed facade.

A well-proportioned building with some nice lines and setbacks.

I like the pyramid top - reminds me of 1 Canada Square in London.

The only real problem is the colour which is slightly dated, but overall it's a good building.

The building's surroundings are hedious. Parking lots?! What city is this?! For chrissake... why would you build such a high building when all around you there are parking lots... what's the point. I thought buildings were for places where real estate was hot... this seems like it's dead!

if it was 280 metres tall...i would like it more...but like that...i'll just give it an 8.5

the building has a good rise, along with well-placed setbacks that gives it proportionality. and the black color helps to give it a cool personality.

they should paint that little spire black too, just to give it a better finish.
