The National Heritage Museum is already located in Arnhem and today the education minister appointed the Museum of National History to Arnhem. Arnhem asked Francine Houben for the design. The design did not win the competition (Amsterdam, The Hague, Arnhem), the plan did but just perhaps this will be built, after all Houben designed the entrance to the Heritage Museum as well.
