the construction is very fast

Is each homeowner responsible to maintain and water their own shrubs hanging from their balcony and when it dies who replaces it? In the US this type of new construction is so expensive that only rich people can afford it. Is that true in Thiland also?

It's Topped Out.

the last time i drove down there......it is nearly finish i think......first of all Bangkok iswas separated into two sides....Pra Nakorn and Thonburi......Par Nakorn is considerd to be a more crowded one...cauz all the CBD and important places are all there but Thonburi is rather a residential side....a green area where not many tall buildings are allowed to build and this building (the Pano right??)is situated really near Thonburi (another side of the river) that's why it looks abit isolated but since the BTS system is expanding.....i reckon more and more buildings would be allowed to build for now on.....but not as much as the Pra nakorn side u knoe...cauz law and stuffs u see..
