LARGE office floors are way of the future. gone are the useless tiny floor plates. developers want large expanses with interconnection with other floors.
the eliptical shape is quite massive at 46mx 63m. the triangular full height atrium is 20m wide.

the site had a 120m height limit due to a nearby public square. so Ingenhoven made the top 20m glass canopy. beuatiful

Looks Amazing! It looks great. Think of what it would look like taller, even better! I still really like it the way it is though

What a beautiful building. It has such a huge, open deisgn and I'm sure that working here is probably going to be one of the best office locations in Sydney, it also has a fantastic view. Can't wait until we see this one rise up.

If this is Sid's nicest office tower (which it may be), I'm booking my flight to Melbourne.

Well, it's not very spectacular, but ellegant and futuristic. I think it fits good in there.

LOL! Agreed! However I have been in Sydney for 2 years almost and I was soooooooooooooooooo suprised at the amount of TALL buildings!!! But i was not expecting it. Other australian cities dont have that many tall buildings though. But it is a boring building - much agreed. to fat bulky and short.

If it was twice the height and more "skyparks" breaking up the mass, it would have a chance of being the nicest for sure.

It looks like a higher version of the rotunda in Brum, I like buildings like this very nice, and it is great that this has been approved.

well it can be a little different depending on what the cladding looks like.
