Is a nice proyect but is doesn't look high-end.

At least it will complement the Brittany Bay developments in Sucat , Muntinlupa in the coming years .

Patapos na yung construction nung structure na parang clubhouse with pool . They are shifting towards the construction of the first three towers in the coming weeks or months.

Progressing na yung construction ng residential tower 1 above ground na rin ang construction activity, baka simultaneously nila i-construct yung first three towers . Last week may grand launch ito na ginanap mismo sa newly finished showroom /recreational amenities .Mukhang mabilis naman ang pacing

Three towers will be simultaneously constructed at a time hence the TRI ..emphasis on its name . It will be 15 towers all once completed .

Yung sa Paranaque City also along South Superhighway such as the DMCI and Robinson projects ..ang bilis din , but TRIbeca will have more and taller residential buildings , and bigger land area than the two.

Landco Pacific Corporation and ATR KimEng Land, Inc. have broken new ground with Tribeca Private Residences Towers 3 and 4.

The two towers will rise on a 9.7-hectare residential condominium community of Tribeca. When fully completed, Tribeca will host world-class amenities highlighted by The Aqua Park, a luxurious swimming pool complex, and the Central Park with its generous open and active spaces.

To be completed in the first half of 2011, Tribeca Towers 3 and 4 will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Each building will feature a sundeck at the rooftop level for mini parties and gatherings.

Each building will also be equipped with 24-hour integrated security system, standby power generator, and high-speed elevators. It will feature modern theme design by Rchitects, Inc.

Landco has contracted ASEC Construction and Development Corporation to build the two towers. The contract officially set off construction at the sites.

Landco president Alfred Xerez-Burgos III said that they will prioritize ongoing projects and speed up the completion of major developments. Landco turned over last October Tribeca Chelsea Place Tower 1 to its homeowners while putting works on its second tower to high gear.

Residents of Chelsea Place Tower 1 have begun moving in while Tower 2 unit will start the turnover by early next year.

During the groundbreaking ceremony, Landco and ATR KimEng Land, Inc.. also pledged to Muntinlupa City the rehabilitation of an artesian well at Bagong Silang Elementary School in Barangay Sucat which was damaged by the typhoons. It will be repaired by Landco and ATR KimEng to help rebuild communities near Tribeca.

“We are saddened by the natural calamites that have ravaged our country, taken lives, and destroyed homes and possessions. We hope through our own small way, we could help and serve the community,” Xerez-Burgos III said.

But i wonder, yung 1st and 2nd towers which seemed already completed and been turned-over, bakit parang walang katao-katao? Sa gabi, ilan lang yung units sa bldg na may lights.. Kamusta kaya ang selling nito?

DMCI project is just right beside of this project.. Once these projects are fully completed, traffic can be a problem if the service roads would be kept as narrow as it is now.

I saw this through google earth. At first i thought that Tribeca is just 15 towers(with same designs) as shown in the picture. But what i saw in the website, Hudson tower 1 is the first tower in back area. First of that last 6 towers. Maybe the last 6 towers have the same design as HUdson tower1. While the first 9 tower grouped by THREE (that,s why TRI(Trio)beca) have the same designs.

Sa tingin ko may on going construction na sa site. Last march 2nd floor na yung nakikita ko eh beside the creek. Kaso nagtataka lang ako bakit ndi pa sila gumagamit ng crane. Walang crane kaya nag doubt ako kung meron na talaga. try nyo tingnan mula sa skyway. :)
