i just got transfered to the redmond store. is there any cheaper areas preferably to buy anywhere from north renton to bothell? i know north renton is cheap but i'd prefer to live a little more towards redmond. also my friend from missouri is gonna try to get a job out here and move in with me so is there any places on the eastside that i should make sure to take pics of for him or should i just do an overall tour. i'm preparing to take the courses to be a house inspector, i'm starting to make connections in the business too. so i really hope i can get into that business. because i love the real estate industry and it pays pretty good

Nothing around Redmond-Bellevue-Issaquah is cheap. I'm paying $925 for my apartment, and that will go up to $975 in September. Before I moved here I was looking at stuff in Bellevue and it was even more.
Plus the vacancy rate around here is like 1%. Good luck finding something if you're looking.

Theres nothing cheap in eastside except for a very few spots anyway. We pay 1335 a month for a 2 bedroom townhouse near Bothell and I commute to work in Everett.

oh i was going to move to sacramento, but it didn't work out. a friend of my co-worker might rent their 1 bedroom out to me for $850 with all the utilities included it's in kirkland so i'm gonna try to share that with a friend and buy and rent out something in renton. now that i work on the eastside i'm starting to like it tons more. it's a good mix of car friendliness and people friendliness and tons of greenspace
