Flipzy, why i called is for her to confirm if she talked about Abreeza Residences which cofnar has posted yesterday. Kahit pa na edit na ni cofnar ang mga post niya, TJ made a screenshot before he edited everything he posted.

That is our evidence that Cofnat lied to us here. Those screenshot was already sent to the Ayala management and reported as this is a malicious rumor which can harm a business.

If Ms. Ana gets called by the management and asked if she indeed uttered what Cofnar posted yesterday, baka matanggal siya sa trabaho if she can't give a good explanation.

Yun dapat ang isipin ni Cofnar kung hindi ba siya nakakasira ng tao sa ginawa niya.

I spoke to her regarding what you posted yesterday (see screenshot of TJ) and asked her to confirm. She said she doesn't know anything about Abreeza or any other Ayala projects as they are only selling Alegria Hills in CDO. She asked me if i was Bill Franco's brother who walked-in their office inquiring about Alegria.

One thing sure though, she (ANA) categorically said THEY ONLY KNOW ABOUT ALEGRIA HILLS and nothing else.

What you posted yesterday were all blatant lies!

i couldn't believe people here would go great lengths to attack/defend a private project like they own it.

unsa man tawon ni uy... nag-away tungod sa building. murag mga na-ignoy man sa building. :bash:

Be a peacemaker bai. Away lang ni sa mag-igsoon diri sa Mindanao. CdO and Davao have a very deep cord and bond of friendship and relationship that could not be broken simply by our diverse opinions in this realm. But that does not speak of who we are really as Mindanaoans to the core. Our real warzone in Mindanao is in a different realm and for real Mindanaoans, we know that. Every now and then I go to Cagayan de Oro and some of my real best friends are in that place right now. Mao nga ayaw na lang ug apil ug comment kung wala man pud tai ma-contribute nga peace and instead the inflame the matter. We will get over soon from this and at the end of the day, we will still be One Mindanaoan and not from that "nest" wherever you are right now. Peace bro. :):):)

again, i correct you sa "physician's sample, not for sale," it is for the consumption of the physician and not the consuming public because the consumers have buy the medicine from an apothecary or a pharmaceutical drugstore and not from the doctor's clinic, gets mo ba? :lol:

ang problema sa yo is wala kang connection/kakilala or ka-pulling string sa organic alveo mismo haha at kaya kung kani-kanino ka nagtatanong..yan ang sakit nyo kasi mahilig kayo magtanong sa mga walang tamang info like yung mga cashiers, tindera, tindero etc..

Gamitin pa ang issue ng 40% sales. Haha! Whether achieved or not, whether the brochure is for public consumption or not, no Bill Franco can prevent the 26-storey abreeza residences from being constructed in DAVAO! Davao baby, Davao! :lol:

what the alveo brokers and damosa brokers did was not actually a violation because it was done one-on-one, but the forumers who posted it here are all liable, but if its proven that there indeed was a sale without license to sell then the brokers will also be liable IMO

I think those people behind the so called 40% sold out held liable and they can be reported to HLURB and suspend their agent/broker license. We can report it directly to HLURB. You have the name of the agent right? the one they posted a printout calling card. I will help you on this matter.

Latest updates of One Montecarlo Hotel show the structural steel frame of the 7-storey building has been completed.

As revealed in the photos, workers are starting to work on the concrete walls of the first 2 floors. Below is the hotel side along Hayes Street.

The country’s longest art gallery is set to rise along Sayre Highway in Mambatangan, Upper Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City.

This after the groundbreaking rites held recently for Mindanao’s first artists’ village project, a 2.3 hectare lot with a frontage stretching a kilometer long beside Sayre Highway and will feature the various art forms of Mindanao including the “soil paintings” of Bukidnon, contemporary art of striving artists and facilities by which artists can grow. The project is funded through the initiative of true patrons of the arts in Cagayan de Oro City. The undertaking is also in partnership with the National Commission on Culture and Arts (NCCA).

The groundbreaking rites involved the lumads of the Higaonon Manobo tribe. Accordingly, Dire Husi Initiatives, Inc. will manage the artist village.

A new art gallery and Artists' Village will be constructed in barangay Mambatangan in Cagayan de Oro City. In a groundbreaking ceremony inside the 2.3-hectare Artists Village, Iries Saavedra, the owner of the proposed project, said that it will put Cagayan de Oro as an art city.

Saavedra, who used to own Patsada Productions, said that the planned arts center will draw in local and international tourists and will help generate awareness of arts in Mindanao.
Saavedra added that this will be the first art village in Mindanao.

Rhyan Casino, the National Commission for the Culture and the Arts (NCCA) 10 coordinator, said that the Artists Ville will house the longest art gallery in the country. Casino said that the planned gallery is a 136 meter-long building with an interior fit for international art shows.

Saavedra added that artists from the country will have the chance to showcase their works. Saavedra said that the planned main gallery will have to display artworks at par with the rest of the world. But this should be made by Filipino artists.

Eli Tabasuarez, a painter who is also one of the visionaries who planned the arts ville, said that they will strive to to revive art as an integral part of tourism and provide steady opportunities for shows for all art forms. Tabasuarez added that the village be having lush vegetation as an added attraction.

In the pipeline for the initial constructions are three buildings made of indigenous materials like bamboos and cogon grass for roofing. Saavedra said that they will have to reconstruct villages from indigenous tribes of Mindanao. Casino said that they will also have to use the natural contour of the Land instead of leveling them off.

An ample parking lot will also be provided right beside the first three buildings constructed. The initial building will be a coffee shop, the main hall will served as the initial gallery and a work area where artisans can do their work. Other structures in the drawing board are the replica of old villages in Mindanao, guest houses for art workshops and seminars, and a curator's house.

Saavedra said that Patsada Productions will fund the projects and NCCA will identify artists that can hold their show in the village.

Casino said that by October, they will have their first production performance on October with the Tambulan, a festival of fire and percussion under the full moon. Saavedra also shared that Patsada Production will also bring back the Viva Ethnica which used to dominate the production performances in Mindanao in the 90s.

Casino said that the Tambulan will happen every full moon each month and will showcase fire dancing, drum beating and other festival activities. The village which has a total Land area of 3.6 hectares with the 2.3 used as the main ground will also house a performance theater that will cater to the productions of Viva Ethnica. Saavedra said that eventually, Artists Ville will become a major tourism destination in the city and will provide avenue for aspiring artists, theater and performance groups in Mindanao.

The Xavier University Museum or Museo de Oro located inside the school’s main campus in now undergoing renovation.

This is long overdue even as the building itself needs further improvement. As shown, work is concentrated on the right side portion next to the museum’s main entrance. All museum visits are still allowed as the museum’s collection are housed in the upper floors.

The museum contains collections of ethnological and archaeological materials and other artifacts illustrating the cultural anthropology and folk traditions of Northern Mindanao. The museum is also conducting further research and studies primarily on local history and folkloristic and comparative religion in Mindanao as well as in the entire country.

Kudos to this..if done, this will brigthen more our tourism industry, not only in CDO and NorMin but the entire island as set to be the country's longest art gallery..such a big help also for the mindanaoan artists.. :cheers:

Locally, with the ongoing road widening of Sayre highway started from Alae(if im not mistaken) and the awaiting completion of Puerto fly-over, this north-east part of the city will surely be a growth area and hopefully become a CBD in the future..

The main concrete supports of the Macanhan flyover project are now steadily rising.

To speed up the construction, Masterson Avenue has been closed to traffic. Vehicles bound for Macanhan either use Zayas Street or Acacia Street. As shown, the design is basically similar to the Licoan project. However, the main difference is the approach from uptown area where everything is almost downhill. Pile driving has just been completed and some of the heavy equipment are being pulled out when I took the pictures. As the billboard states, the flyover is expected to be completed by October 20, 2011.

from malberry, you will need aprox. 10 minutes to get there, from sm, it depends what route you take, if taguanao: about 5 mins, if city center: about 10 mins

straight distance is approx. 3 kms. from Mallberry, and 4.6 kms from SM City

PROJECT WATCH: Girders now at Recto-Velez flyover project

Concrete girders are now being installed at the CM Recto-Velez flyover project revealing the shape of the said infrastructure.

Photos taken at noon today reveal that the first set of girders are now in place at the eastern approach of the flyover. These were reportedly installed over the weekend. The next set of girders are set to arrive soon and probably for the western approach. Once all these girders are installed on the piers (supports), work will be concentrated above ground and we may now have a clearer picture of how traffic in the area will look like in the next few months.

As shown, the flyover is somewhat steep. I think it’s ok if you’re coming from the west because you have enough momentum from Maharlika Bridge. It’s different if you’re coming from Corrales Junction because you have little momentum in ascending the flyover with possible decreased acceleration owing to vehicles fronting Gaisano City. However, in both cases, acceleration in an inclined plane will be difficult for older vehicle units if traffic is slow. Still, we always hope for the best.

kung moadto ka ug Bukidnon/Davao via Puerto-Alae Highway dili ni siya maagian...pero naay dalan diri unahan sa Alegria na makalusot padulong sa Libona, Bukidnon nga wala pa nadevelop...siguro kung madevelop na ni ang Alegria Hills ug maayo, mabulahan pud ang kadtong area going to Libona sa mga deevlopments...

Mastersons Avenue in west uptown cdo...kadtong naglaray na high end subdvisions sa left padulong rafting mao tong xavier estates phase 1 to 4...ang sa right kalinya sa sm mao to ang Pueblo de Oro Business Park...Pueblo de Oro Golf Estates...Gran Europa,Fresno Parkview, Forest View, etc. daghan pa wa na ko namention...Alegria Hills is located somewhere in Eastern Uptown Cdo.

Alegria and Pueblo de oro are sitauted at the opposite sides of Cagayan de Oro River...
