Even though they're all now sold out, does anyone have any first-hand info, or opinions, about these condo lofts in Vieux-Montréal?

Looks like a quality project, but I may have to wait until one of the owners decides to re-sell (and have an open house).... (the building sold out just before I was able to schedule a visit, and I was just wondering about the renovated interiors, layout quality, etc.) ... waslooking to find out a bit more than what they show in the photos on the web site.

Anyone with the first-hand scoop? or some inside information? Thank you!

Actually, what i am really looking for is an owner of one of these units who may be willing to sell. As for why i want this building specifically: it has semi-private elevators, and only 2 apartments per floor, with a total 10 apartments... so there's very little "traffic" inside (both quiet and secure).
