Is the Economic Union of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam inevitable?

I think the Economic Union of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam is inevitable and it will happen in the near future.

This Union is similar to Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxemburg).

This possibility depends on how the union will work. Will it be a loosely combination like ASEAN or a mutual tied coalition like EU ?

These countries governments (inc. Vietnam) don't have enough ability nor experience to get that union into practice and to make it run efficiently, given that someone already had the idea considered. I dont think such idea will be economic viable.

I'm afraid it'll take years before this becomes a reality. Just like someone said, the 3 countries don't have the experience, business know how plus the other intangibles such as infrastructure, laws, money to make it happen anytime soon.... Laos and Cambodia is worse shape than VN
