nope the high court is right on their doorstep. those that have moved from town have generally gone to umhlanga, but have still kept offices in town. smith is still packed with law firms

Those prices are ridiculously cheap! I'm sure these inner city apartments are a great investment considering developments such as the Vic Embankment etc.

well these ones sold out within a few days back in march. i'm still trying to get details of the new dev just off smith street near city hall and the playhouse. its 14F and work starts in jan 08 and includes 148 apartments.
