Eco Homes introduces �CENTRIUM�

Eco Homes Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. announced the launch of CENTRIUM, the latest apartment complex to enter Colombo. Situated on a 780 perch land at Kirimandala Mawatha in Nawala �CENTRIUM� is the icon project of Eco homes.

NEW VENTURE: Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion Minister Dr. Sarath Amunugama said there was a marked improvement of foreign investors to Sri Lanka during the past several months to start various development projects.
He made these remarks at a media briefing held at Waters Edge, Battaramulla of Eco Homes Lanka.
The briefing was held to create awareness of the new apartment complex, at Nawala Road, Nugegoda. Minister Amunugama said Western Province has become the main hub of Sri Lanka as a large number of people living in that province.
Therefore when the time comes there will be lots of new buildings, shopping complexes and various other infrastructure facilities emerge in the Western Province,”.
‘I hope a lot of foreign investors will come to Sri Lanka within the next few months to start various development projects, he said.
Dr. Amunugama personally thanked the Indian and Japanese investors for the contribution they made towards Sri Lanka. The Minister also thanked local investor H.K. Dharmadasa for his contribution towards the development activities in Sri Lanka.
