I was there at the launch event of The Centrium. Its truly mind blowing. I have not seen any other development with so much focus on facilitating a lifestyle..

Its definitely a great buy...

Can you believe they are building only on 25% of the land. The rest of the 75% is left to be enjoyed.... Now that is luxury

I don't have the other specs with me now. I left it at office... Will post it soon... I am just in love with this project

No Way ! I really thought we had beaten Dubai by now, and you had to come and burst my bubble.:ohno:

Seriously, you can't compare the projects in Sri Lanka with Dubai. Hell, even cities like NY, SG etc. look pale when compared to Dubai, so how can you compare SL to Dubai.

I don't really know about the name, but I'm willing to bet that there must be lots of apartment complexes named Centrium.

Yo, dude just creep back to your forum before things turn bad, we don't need no comparison in this thread or the entire Sri Lankan Forum, we know what has to be done in our country, but I think we deserve to be happy about some of the projects and developments that are taking place in SL, that WE consider BIG...
