This is proposal for the land next to the Japanese Embassy, right in front of Plaza Indonesia 2 facing THamrin.

It's supposed to be luxurious apartment with, get this, a car garage for every unit...so there will be a car elevator going up to each unit. website:

i think it's more of a swimming pool than jacuzzi, and there's piano for each unit too! and also, is it a townhouse format? i see some stairs on each unit

I don't think this "Tamrin Mixed Used" a serious proposal. Not only the elevated car park is weird; the term "Mixed used" also does not fit for this skiny building.
