i know. There are quite a few 5F or so dev's in the area at present and as for some of those industrial/commercial blocks, the one next to the highway on the inland side is massive. Been told its 35 000m2 and an even bigger 68 000m2 one is going next to it.

It looks very impressive from the highway; huge. From the renders it could easily belong in Umhlanga Ridge.
