it´s a real pitty. I´ve lived in Natal for three years in the late 90´s and it was an awesome city...it seems they are going to destroy the natural paradise it was... the biggest problem is that these developments are making dalinquency and kidds prostitution grow really fast. I´m so sorry about this.
