it is a good render...

yes, and the location is good, there is a big gap between the Al Habtoor Tower(2N) and the Phase 1, they will have nice marina view, another side also good ,full JLT view.

maybe it will be launched at cityscape

I never realised this one had such a perfect location. Marina Walk is just a few metres away and metro entrance right in front of the tower :nuts:

construction is fast, how tall is this tower? what are the facilities? location is very good near the mariana walk, you can even see the palm and atlantis hotel.

DCC seem to be doing a good job here Imre.

Good quality work at a reasonable speed too. Excellent location for commuters.

I can't quite work out the waterway on the render though ?

The front left corner appt viewed from the water has a fantastic view, this has always interested me, can anyone point me in the direction of who is selling this development?

I asked them last year ,they are not selling apartments here just for lease or maybe serviced apartments.

As I see the concrete works , quality will be one of the best in Dubai.

Has anyone got any up to date pics on this one? You must be able to see progress from your bed Al. Assuming the finish is superb, this is where I will be.

Thanks Imre. This will have a great location and view. I will rent out a 3 bed in The Point and put the income towards renting in here as I understand they are not selling them. Fingers crossed they are top notch. Any info on the developer or floorplans would be much appreciated.

Jeffers me too. I got a thing about this one and will be trying to grab one if he decides to sell. The front is apparently one appt with 3 balconies. The view of the big stuff and infinity is just the best. The initial build quality looks superb so lets hope the finish is equal. Great spot also.

Agree CBP its gonna have pretty impressive views over tallest block and beyond, it looks like a timeless tower to me when others might start to look dated, also quality of build is fantastic, oh, and its right next door to the ice cream shop !!! :lol:, who can resists a toffee ice cream with a chocy flake hey !

Looking good, progress and quality here is superb. Hope the glazing etc fits the area.

Cladding in progress but no progress at the top section, maybe redesigned the roof or similar.

I would still say, from outside this is one of the best quality in Dubai Marina thats why I think its just for lease or hotel/service apartments.

Fantastic progress, this is expected to be complete this year. The quality is great. There are 3x 2 beds and 1x 3 per floor plus 2 floors of penthouse. The view of the tallest block from the front 2 appts is superb. There is a 2 bed and a 3 bed on the front and the other 2 beds are at the rear. The layout and use off light and space is superb. They are not coming to the market yet due to current prices and looks like they have overspent on finishes. Watch this space.

The design of cladding appear to be so much similar of burj khalifa , it maybe because of 2nd over order of burj khalifa cladding .

.. and now the cladding almost done and the crane is coming down, 2 years was enough for them to finish this project.

This is a great tower and finishing ,one of the best in Dubai Marina ,handover coming soon.
I got few apartments here , rent seems good, 2 BR -1800 sqft 95-110K /year , 3 BR +maid 2700 sqft 130-150K/year.(depends on floors and view)

Positioned next to the metro is a plus but I don't like direct SZR view from pool and back of building. 20+ lanes of traffic within 100m, not good.

Unusual to see a kitchen ceiling closed in, that is normally where the shut off valves, hot water tank, a/c fans and extraction dampers are all housed. Hope upstairs drains don't leak or the ceiling needs to come down to sort it. Living area ceilings are plain and uninteresting also, no bulkheads or curtain pelmets.

Rental prices still going down, Sulafa Tower flooded the market now, 1 beds you can get around 45-50K ,2 BR 75-85K..

Ocean Heights and Marina Pinnacle will be handed over , I think we will see 1 br for 40-50K , 2 Br 65-75K in the MP soon..

With this kind of rental prices i can guess The Trident Tallest Tower with Mini Penthouse Aparts will go only for 150k and 10 Millions Box for nothing + 100k as services charge :D so 50k pure profit with 5 years behind the schedule time ...
Damn i Heat Math ...

Only 2 and 3 beds there and only for lease.Everything was rented out there withing a month ..
