Hi!, I need ur help, my little city Sandiegopolis is in chaos..How can I fix the problem??.. My monthly expenses are higher than my montly income. Should i take a loan? Should I add comerce? Raise taxes? or destroy some of my buildings?

Take those coal power plants away from the city and reduce their power production to a level that fits your city's needs.
I also see a gas powerplant in there, destroy it.
You can put an incinerator plant and reduce its budget to $10, it wont produce power but it'll burn the trash!

If you got any hospitals and schools, reduce their capacity but not their coverage.

One other tip is to not build schools, hospitals, or police until your budget can support them. Also don't build firestations until you have a fire in your city, and don't build any mass transit until your region begins growing large.

If you still have problems, try downloading a money cheat building off of www.simtropolis.com. ***I in no way endores or recommend the use of cheat buildings in cities- even though i may sometimes use them***

You have 3 Coal plants, along with I believe a Gas one aswell, your not really running a big deficiet, 4,000 income to 7,000 expenses, so most likely its just the power plants and the school/hospital.
