I think its maybe the time now time for a Bristol/South west metro forum as there are many projects under construction/proposed for Bristol and the surrounding area.:)

But there's the small problem of the Bristol thread having about 1 post every two days.

I'd have thought it made more sense to put Cardiff, Bristol and Swansea into a thread together, rather than dump Wrexham in with Wales and leave Bristol with nothing. In my experience people in Wrexham care more about what's going on in Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham than they do about what's going on in Cardiff and my ex who lives in Cardiff would care more about what's going on in Bristol than she would about what was going on in Wrexham.

If you got the forum, it'd need to be called something else. It sounds like you are calling the South West part of the Bristol urban area!!

I personally think that we should give it a rest with new subforums. No other place has a pressing need for one.

Something about that post makes me feel like you lot have just shot a puppy, and he's said "thanks".

Does Bristol have more/as much developmet as any other subforum? East Midland has Nottingham AND Leicester, Wales has Cardiff AND every other city in that country! In the Southwest there is only really Bristol isn't there? And even if there is as much development as others, there probably isn't enough Bristol forumers to sustain it.
