Next is SM Bacoor but SM dasma is the number 1 SM in Cavite .:banana:
I'm referring to the whole of the mall especially the environment. Maganda yung sa Dasma, maluwag at malinis. Sad to say, iba ang sa SM Bacoor. Dugyot yung labas lalo na sa Aguinaldo highway side.

looks di tama ang pagkaassign ng east and west wing? as I can recall, ang aguinaldo highway is on the west side of SM Dasma. so that means 'yong east sa pix is west sa actual :) mas maganda sigurong description, Northwest Wing and Southeast Wing.

looks di tama ang pagkaassign ng east and west wing? as I can recall, ang aguinaldo highway is on the west side of SM Dasma. so that means 'yong east sa pix is west sa actual :) mas maganda sigurong description, Northwest Wing and Southeast Wing.

From Pala-pala to langcaan, fully rehab na ang old two lane road then 6 lanes na siya mula pala-pala hanggang Manggahan Area..

Naglagay ng mga bagong fences along and before the bridges...:)

Pero sa part ng Lancaan hindi pa naluluwagan ang kalsada doon kaya nag-kakaroon parin ng traffic..

May pictures ka ba ng governor's drive sa row na iyan..?

Yup, may mga bagong steel fences na nga dyan, kaya lang walang color red Sticker na nakadikit dun na parang reflector.

If meron na sya location sa site na iyan, di malayong, magkakaroon nga ng nasabing resto inn dyan sa mangubat, lalo't na patapos na ang finishing ng building na paglalagyan nyan..:)

It's a go for P1.6B Daang Hari-SLEX (http://www.malaya.com.ph/mar03/busi8.html)

The National Development Co. (NDC) will bid out this semester the contract to construct, operate and maintain the P1.6-billion four-kilometer road linking Daang Hari to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), its general manager Lourdes F. Rebueno said.

Rebueno said several investors have expressed interest in the project, including the existing toll operators, but she declined to elaborate.

Rebueno said Alabang Sto. Tomas Development Inc. (ASDI) is handling the Daang Hari-SLEX toll road.

ASDI, 51 percent owned by the Philippine National Construction Corp. (PNCC) and 49 percent by the NDC, has so far spent P325 million for the initial road works.

"This is one of the projects up for bidding under the PPP (private-public partnership)," said Rebueno.

The project cuts through Susana Heights in Muntinlupa City.

Tama ka, ang Puregold Tanza ang mahigpit na kacompete ng SM Rosario ngayon. With it's strategic location along sa highway, I think talo na ang supermarket ng SM Rosario. Halos magkapareho lang naman kasi ang presyo nila at hindi ka pa masasalang sa matrapik na daan unlike SM Rosario. Actually, Deparment Store lang ang kulang sa Puregold Tanza. Puregold Tanza is not actually the usual Puregold, marami silang shops, merong amusement area na kasing laki ng SM Rosario, mi Puregold Home, mi hardware, mi Puregold Toys at marami pang iba.:D.

Actually, with the recent development like the construction of a new Robinsons Place Gen. Trias, I'm just waiting for SM to announce na tuloy na ang pagtayo nila ng SM Naic. Sa ngayon, balibalita pa lang na 'yong area ng di natapos na Uniwide Coastal sa Naic ang tatayuan ng SM Naic.:)

^^Wha-at?! Another proposed SM Mall, and now in NAIC? We really are a consumerist and commercially-driven society. That lot in Uniwide Coastal is humongous! We used to do practice driving there. If that SM gets the green light, SM might as well put up residential and recreational developments around it to reinforce their branch there.

Actually, there are two subdivisions near that area of Uniwide: Hillsview Royal and Ciudad Nuevo. Ciudad Nuevo is a 327 hec. lot with around 27 hec. for residential and the remaining for commercial use. It is just beside the new Sta Ana Race track here in Naic. The agents of Ciudad Nuevo usually tell their prospective buyers that an SM will be built in that area of Uniwide. Incidentally, the CEO of Ciudad Nuevo is named Mr Sy but I have no idea if he is related to the owner of SM Malls.

guys, once and for all ano ba talaga? mangubat or congresisonal road.. based on the foursquare wbesite its congressional road.. at kung pagbabasehan yung address na nakalagay sa "K SERVICO" malapit sa kanto katabi ng paradahan ng mga van going to alabang.. ang address na nakalagay ay "congressional road" din..

@Ipur, Sa ngayon di pa nagsisimula ang construction ng robinson Tejero, pero ang sinasabi mong SM Naic is possible kapag nagkaroon ng robinson Tejero..

At sana, ayusin rin ang mga tulay dyan sa portion ng Langcaan at Gen. Tri, para kapag nilagyan ng mga lamp post magandang tingnan...:)

Kabayan - the best part of this is the starting point on Daang Hari near the verdana / portofino area is a rotonda or round about (critical for free flowing and no choke points)

I think based on the picture yung annex will be connected dun sa Main mall and hindi siya magkakaroon ng bridge. And kung mapapansin nyo may parang kalsada sa gilid. Siguro ang gagawin dun ayun na yung magiging permanent road. Parang sa nakikita ko medyo may pagka SM Fairview ang style ng annex ng SM Dasma. IMO :)

ang laki na ng hukay dyan sa SM Dasmarinas. May nakalagay na rin maliit na notice na we are creating more space for your shopping convenience ata. nakadikit ang annex tapos bago na rin ang logo. May nakalgay na rin na SM Dasmarinas Expansion complies w/ the environment etc. Stonerich ata yung contractor na gagawa ng annex.. Sana maglagay na ng malaking streamer.

Lumikha ng malaking apoy ang mga muslim na pagala-gala dito sa area na ito, kaya sumiklab ang napaka-laking apoy, sinunog nila ang mga kilo-kilong plastic na naka-tambak malapit sa tambakan ng construction materials...

Habang nagpapatuloy sa pag-aapoy ang mga plastic na nagbubuga ng maitim na usok ay naging dahilan ito ng pagka-bulabog ng mga Iskwater sa kalapit nito, nag-panik ang mga IS at naglabasan upang makita kung saan nagaganap ang sunog...

ang ilang residente na nakatira dito ay nag-tulong tulong upang patayin ang malaking apoy...

Ang mga Iskwaters na nabulabog ay kaagad tumawag ng Bumbero upang ipapatay ang malaking apoy dahil iniisip nila na kapag nagpatuloy ang sunog ay matutupok ang kanilang mga bahay.....

Ngunit pagdating ng Bumbero ay patay na ang apoy....

sino po ang makakapunta sa dasma cityhall.. papapatanong po ako ng requirements regarding sa pagkuha ng postal i.d. kasi dati ang alam ko brgy.clearance, stamp, notary then picture tapos na.. e sa silang daw.. 300 processing... origianal birth certificate pa ang ipapasa mo.. ganun na din ba sa dasma?!! please please post the requirements here...

I agree that, pero bago muna sila maging city since deserving sila pagdating sa income at facility, magandang pagtuunan muna nila ng pansin ang pagma-manage ng traffic at pagpapa-ayos ng road network diyan sa mismong manggahan dahil, bottleneck rin ang area na iyan lalot walang traffic signalization at isa pa, dumarami na ang mga commercial buildings diyan..:)

The traffic situation not only in Tejero but in EPZA, Rosario and Omboy, Tanza really sucks. Hindi na nahiya ang mga traffic enforcers dyan na area na araw araw na lang naglalakad ang karamihan sa umaga para makatawid ang mga tao dyan sa dalawang intersection na yan. at saan ka ba makakakita ng intersection na priority ang secondary road at parateng naka hold ang nasa primary road, it's only in Omboy, Tanza...come to think of it, ang dala dala pa na slogan ng Tanza ay kung dati "Bagong Sigla, Bagong Pag-asa" pero ngayon ay iba na :"Tuloy Tuloy ang Sigla, Tuloy Tuloy ang Pag-asa :bash::bash::bash: pero para sa akin " Tuloy Tuloy ang Sigla sa paglakad sa umaga, Tuloy Tuloy ang walang kapag-a PAG_ASAng traffic sa TANZA." :lol::lol::lol:

Congrats to SM-Dasma at expansion pala yung ginagawa dun... malamang kaya nagsara yung ibang tindahan e ililipat sila dun... sana magkaron na ng Mang Inasal... :lol:

I doubt if Silang will push through with their cityhood bid now. correct me if I'm wrong pero alam ko ayaw ng mayor nila dun.

Ayaw rin namin mga residente na maging city ang Silang sa ngayon... its more of a farming community... at ayaw namin tumaas ng real estate tax! :nuts:

Peyborit ko na talaga ang SM Rosario kasi may malaki at maluwag itong multi-purpose event center (na wala sa ibang SM Malls tulad ng SM Bacoor, SM SUcat SM Manila at SM San Lazaro kahit maliit lang ang building footprint nito. Saka meron din ang SMR na alfresco food court na may tensile structure. Halos kahawig nya ang SM Rosales sa Pangasinan dahil parehas silang kulay dilaw and palette, at parehas silang disenyo ni Ar. PPP programs seen to benefit transportation infrastructure in 2011

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine ground transport infrastructure sector will see a boom in public-private partnerships (PPP) in support of government programs next year and, as a result, will experience another growth year in 2011.

This was the forecast made by Ramoncito S. Fernandez, president and CEO of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), in a talk he delivered at the meeting of the Joint Foreign Chambers of the Philippines last Oct. 28. Hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Inc. (AmCham), the meeting, which was held at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City, was attended by members of the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (Phils.) Inc., Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Inc., European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Inc., Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines Inc., Korean Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Inc., and Philippine Association of Multinational Companies Regional Headquarters Inc.

Next year, Fernandez said, a number of major expansion projects will be implemented, including three where MPTC will be directly involved. These are the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Segments 9 and 10, two projects under NLEx Phase 2, a multibillion-peso road network expansion program that will make the NLEx more accessible to motorists, and the NLEX-South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) Connector Road.

A member of the Metro Pacific Group, MPTC is the holding company that has under its wing the Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC), the builder and concessionaire of the NLEX, and the Tollways Management Corporation (TMC), the operations and maintenance (O&M) operator of both the NLEx and the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx). Because of the huge success of the rehabilitated NLEx, which has become a vital artery linking Metro Manila to Central and Northern Luzon, both MPTC and MNTC are now widely recognized as leading authorities in the ground transport infrastructure field and their executives are often invited as resource persons on the subject.

NLEx Segment 9 will connect McArthur Highway, the old route to Central and Northern Luzon, to NLEx in Valenzuela, while Segment 10 will link McArthur Highway to Manila’s Port Area. Better known as the “NLEx Harbor Link,” these two road projects are expected to dramatically speed up the transport of goods from Central and Northern Luzon to the North Harbor, Metro Manila’s premier domestic port.

The NLEx-SLEx Connector Road, on the other hand, is a 13.2-kilometer expressway that will make the movement of people and goods between Northern and Southern Luzon faster, more efficient and more convenient. It will cut travel time between the NLEx and SLEx to only 15-20 minutes, decongest Metro Manila by providing an alternative to C5, EDSA and other major thoroughfares, and allow unrestricted traffic flow from the ports of Southern Luzon, thus, easing truck ban concerns.

Other expansion projects that the government will implement in partnership with the private sector in 2011, according to Fernandez, are the MRT 3 and LRT Line 1 expansion to Bacoor, Cavite; LRT Line 2 expansion from Santolan to Masinag; the Cavite-Laguna (CaLa) Expressway that will link the Coastal Road to Silang, Cavite; and the Tarlac-La Union Toll Expressway (TLUTEx) that will extend the NLEx to Rosario, La Union.

The expected boom in 2011, Fernandez noted, will continue the steady growth that the ground transport infrastructure sector has been experiencing over the last few years. In the last three years, he said, the toll road business alone attracted more than P30 billion worth of investments.

Toll road and rail usage, he noted, has continued to grow strongly. Citing an example, Fernandez said the NLEx has broken its all-time high daily average vehicle entry record for two consecutive years.

More importantly, he said, by facilitating the movement of people and cargo, the toll road industry has contributed significantly to the economic growth of Central, North and Southern Luzon.

The ground transport infrastructure sector will continue to contribute to economic growth, he said. “The outlook for 2011 is certainly very encouraging,” he pointed out, adding that doubling the country’s current toll roads system, which has a cumulative total of some 300 kilometers, is “doable in five years.”

To help the sector grow faster and better – and contribute even more to the country’s economic progress – Fernandez said the industry has lined up three desired reforms. These are: Shortening the right of way (ROW) acquisition process, improving access to long-term capital, and unifying standards in both toll road and rail access.

in relation to the above, an astrophysicist named piers corbyn has issued an imminent danger for exterme earth quake from March 23 to 27. They have not issued any specific location but they say that the pacific ring of fire is very vulnerable.the recent japan quake actually happened a day after (march 10) the sun emitted an x-flare directed to the earth. now with a new active sunspot to face the earth in the coming days.... we are not expecting but let's pray that no such event will happen.

btw, that same astrophysicist has also issued last february the formation of a tropical cyclone that will cross the philippines on March 30/31. so far he has not issued any further details (for free), but for me he seems to be accurate in weather forecasting. Like the one that happened in queensland in australia last january which he had already forecasted as early as last december, 2010. there are numerous weather events in australia, northern america and europe that he correctly forecasted as compared to the government funded weather agencies in those areas.

Sa kadiwa area, napatag na ang mga lupa sa loob ng construction site..

Speaking dun sa central mall, ay ginagawa na ang entry facade nya sa corner at on going na ang second floor.:)

Isa pang updates, may nakita akong notice in the public sa kahabaan ng mangubat road ( congressional east ), di ko lang nabasa ang naka-print doon, @hecky, paki-confirm nga if makadan ka doon..:D

good thing na ngyari sa salitran.... nung time na sinimulan yung central mall... mejo hindi na sya nagbibuild ng traffic.... lumawak kasi yung kalsada.... second floor? tingin ko walang second floor... masyado kasing maliit/height yung buildings... unless naghukay sila sa loob...:cheers:

Nakita ko na ang nakalagay dun sa Notice in the public na naka-post sa Mangubat,

This is all about to demolition of Illegal Structure closed in 3 meters along side walk area starting on March 15.

Marami ng tinanggal doon na structures na malapit sa side walk, especially yung mga extensions ng mga resto bars.:)

Nope, Hindi lang halata ang pagiging Rural ng Dasma dahil kung ang tingin mo lagi ay sa Aguinaldo Highway part t sa mga mlls na meron dito ay msasabi mo talagang urban pero, In Real , DASMA is an Semi Rural Community. Kung titingnan mo maigi sa looban, ay marami pa talagang lupain na ginagamit for agriculture..

natingnan ko ang site kahapon ng Robinsons pero still wala pa rin s'yang bakod. you might be referring that wide lot on the opposite side of the road na nakabakod na but it's a housing project of a group of companies here at EPZA.:)

Yup, 50 percent pa ang palayan na meron dito sa dasma, hindi lang talaga halata, yung dalawang Prinza-dam na iyan ay yung mga sources ng irrigation na patubig sa mga palayan ng Burol main at salitran.:cheers:
You mean 4,000+heactares pa palayan ng Dasma? I checked out Google Earth a while ago and I saw otherwise. not 50% but maybe a little less than 10%. really hard to estimate but I'm sure not half of Dasma are farmlands. Maybe what you are seeing are the drylands or "savanna"-those that are used to be farmlands and are not being used for agricultural purposes anymore and are ready for other use.
