From an email Sunland sent to me:

Bridgewater House to be launched in Business Bay


Emirates Sunland Group has entered a joint venture agreement with the Habib family to develop a mix-use building in Business Bay.

The building, named Bridgewater House, will be a 20 storey development with commercial and residential floors.

Bridgewater House’s prime location in Business Bay and its mixed use design will particularly appeal to international companies looking to accommodate their executives in a fully furnished, self-contained apartment.

Construction of Bridgewater House will begin early next year and it is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2009. It will be officially launched to the market at Cityscape in October.

The link is an on-line PDF document, therefore if you have no PDF reader in your PC or if the plug-in isn't integrated in your browser, you can't download and open the file ... or it might be totally a different reason. :D

Plot Number BB A05 052, as shown in picture, next to BBA plot and Ubora construction site.

This land was sold to a local company,

If you call the managment the will confirm they have no BB projects.

Project Cancelled, unless the new buyer takes it over, but I believe it was sold as land.

Emirates Sunland are focusing on Dubai Waterfront as they have many plots their.
