Well, it is a converted office block. The atrium will be spectacular. And drove down commisioner in the rain today. Spotless. The cbd is clean, and looking better every time!

Yip it is spotless and on a tuesday they were getting rid of some illigal street hawkers. I have also seen a new company which have bought plenty of the most delapidated buildings in the CBD, I guess they will be competing with City Property.
