Hey Guys No more Eyecandy! Time for the CJ.
Update One- Kappas City
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U1A.jpg
Kappas City is a fairly large town near the border with Newport. Its major industries are Natural Gas, its Port, and Fishing. Kappas was founded by the Traders in the early 1600's but has just started to boom since 1950.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U13.jpg
New Projects are being constructed all over the city to support the new working class that is slowly moving in.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U14.jpg
Although slowing down, the Fishing industry is still a large business for many Kappanians.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U15.jpg
The city, which as of 2006 had a population of 267,000 is made up of Berbers, with a large immigrant population from Newport
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U18.jpg
There are some large office buildings in the city, mostly used for banking companies.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U16.jpg
The city has a famed nightlife scene, mostly because of its trendy clubs and cafe's.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U17.jpg
The Kappatower dominates the cities skyline. Built in 1980 it is one of the more famous landmarks in the city.

This city is great!!! So unique, but it could be better. You should look at that nation called Solomon. That the city is sooooo great!!!!!!! You can get inspired by it!! But your city is swell too. But I wish it looked more like Solermon. I like how your city is sandy. You could build a good sand castle there.

Kappas City is still growing. Its residents tend to have lighter, more Newportian features then most other Berbers because of there heritage

http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U21.jpg
The eastern area of the city, Tabuka City, is generally more poor than the newer districts. Prostitution thrives in this area.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U22.jpg
Some of the clubs also offer "Massages" to there patrons.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U24.jpg
Advertising covers the walls of many buildings near the water. They ads appeal to the huge amount of traffic funneled through the city each day.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U25.jpg
Kappas is currently undergoing health inspections before it can pass into the Adrian Union. Some houses have cockroaches living in kitchens.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U26.jpg
The City is one of a kind, and is very important to the Barbary Coast.

Cool port. The tower looks odd there though. If it is a port, a residential complex shouldn't be there(it wouldn't be realistic) since a port is usually dirty and noisy. You could be more realistic.

Update 3
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U38.jpg
Our next city is Quaba, near Manteria. The city itself has 340,000 people, and including the suburbs the total is more around half a million.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U39.jpg
Quaba city is the capital of Quaba Province, the fourth largest. It has heavy ties historically to Manteria, and was owned by the country till the early 1700's.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U33.jpg
The cites most famous building is the Quaba Province Capitol Building, where the provinces governor lives. Next to it is the Quaba City Library, also very famous.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U31.jpg
The City has some port facilities, but relatively few cargo ships come through the port. This ship is carrying vegetables to nearby Solomon.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U32.jpg
Almost 20% of the city claims Manterian blood, although over the years both Berber and Manterian bloodlines have intermixed.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U34.jpg
The Fokas's Mosque is built on the site of an old Manterian Castle. The Minaret is a symbol of the cities changing heritage, towards a more Berber one.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U35.jpg
There are some offices in the city, mostly Manterian companies. The Southern HQ of Al Jazeera Television Network is located here, in the city.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U36.jpg
Nightlife here is very restricted, mostly due to the cities heritage.

SAS would like 5 non-stop flights to Bechar from King Solomon Island International Airport(KSI), and Bankot. SAS would also like 3 non-stops a day to Bechar from Rugen and Brasil. SAS would also like to add a daily non-stop flight from KSI to Quaba and a twice a day flight to El Golea.

Trans Brasil ( The city of Brasil's local airline) would like to add a twice a daily flight to Bechar Hassan airport.

Air Tran Airlines (low-cost airline) would like to add a daily flight from Rugen, KSI, Sarejevo, and Bankot. They would also like to add a daily flight to El Golea from Sarejevo, Bankot, and Rugen.

BTW, all flights going to Bechar are going to Bechar Hassan International Airport

Your gonna get a lot of air traffic!!

Update 4
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U38.jpg
Quaba City now has a population of 830,000. If you include the three suburbs, thats almost one million people. So, i decided to give it two airports, which i will show in the next update.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U41.jpg
Intraco, a Berber company, has its head office in Quaba. The company sells life insurance.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U42.jpg
Our Lady of Mary Magdalene Cathedral is a Berber Orthodox Church, one of the few. The city has a large number of Christians because of its close proximity to Manteria.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U43.jpg
The Cities CBD has grown since 1980, when it got its first land grant.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U46.jpg
Here is another view of the Ruins of the Castle.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U47.jpg
A new discount store owned by Mesias has opened in the city. It has proved to be quite popular.

http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U51.jpg
Finally Guys! Time to see my Capital. Bechar City, home of more than 3 Million People within its city limits, more than 9 Million in the total Metropolitan. Two Airports, a Metro, a great rail system, and the most classical city in Cruz Azure! First, we take you to the Nationala District, home of the large Nationalia Station!
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U52.jpg
Nationalia District is crowded with Adrian Fashion Shops, such as Prada, louis vuitton, and Dolce and Gabbana. These shops are crowded with residents and tourists alike!
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U53.jpg
At Night the district lights up, a sight to see.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U54.jpg
The ABS Bank tower stands high above the District. ABS is one of Aosta's largest banks.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U55.jpg
The areas gardens are very famous, and the Main Promenade is a very popular place for Joggers.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U56.jpg
Like the rest of Bechar, the area gets much rain. A good drainage system has almost stopped all flooding though.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o213/SxCntz/U57.jpg
As the sun goes down over the Nationalia District, buissnessmen start heading home, mostly on Metro or Commuter Trains.

You find it on www.simtropolis.com,www.sc4devotion.com, and various other sites. There is some on the official site, but I don't trust the stuff that is in that exchange, I only trust the Maxis-made stuff (so stay away from the Exchange on the official site).

You can make it with the BAT (Building Architect Tool) on the official site (http://simcity.ea.com/; currently being used for SimCity Societies, but if you look, you can find the link to the Sim City 4 homepage).
