Description:

The building consists of two identical, but independent blocks, with one apartment on each landing. Each apartment is about 430 sq.m.

The building's main entrance is accessed from the eastern part of the lot, through Granada Street. On the other hand, the main facade faces west towards the sea. The front yard of the building is a garden of about 1000 square meters, offering the residents a feel of serenity and tranquility.
The general look of the tower is modern with design elements that distinguishes it from its surrounding - Rouche has now another rock.

Completion Date: December 2009

its right across the street from abou khalil supermarket. u cant miss it....they have no signs or anything, but its there. lek best thing, stop at abou khalil supermartket and tell them where the jamil ibrahim bldg UC, they will show u, its facing it. drive from the food place Go Tango, towards future tv, ull see its on ur right hand side...

its not the large plot in the middle, its the medium sized plot, facing the big green plot.

The only thing potentially positive about it is that it's got a little place reserved for 'landscaping' purposes.
I don't like buildings that are basically a block that's been screwed in and out giving us differences in depth of the facade. Then repeated throughout the height of the structure.

first of all im already sad about the left space that is empty because i already know in few years its gona be concrete.
but the positive thing in the picture is that the buildings are properly planed and in a clean line if you notice!

That building shows such a huge difference in massing that it would seem that either the developer got a major exception to zoning laws or the laws have changed to allow much higher exploitation of building plots.

Does anyone know whether the law has changed significantly?
