Description

The aim is to integrate the project into the charm of its environment, and to develop a highly distinguished upscale residential building that offers state-of-the-art amenities and security.

Composed of 17 floors, the Tower will offer the highest standards of quality, with high ceilings ( about 3.4 meters) a private driveway with access to two side streets, for ease of access.

Elevated on pillars to accommodate the sumptuous landscaping, the building provides many amenities that include, among others, a gym, swimming pool, ample parking space for residents and guests, drivers' quarters and storage rooms.

Two duplexes will be located on the first two floors, with an area of approximately 430 ㎡ and 500 ㎡ respectively. Each duplex will have its own private entrance and exquisite garden. Above which, 13 simplexes of approximately 570 ㎡ each.

The penthouse, with a remarkable area of 947 ㎡ , will crown the building on the 16th and 17th floors, granting exclusive use of the roof, which will include a private swimming pool and a terrace garden, connected by an attractively designed pergola.

It will look nice standing next to the Horizon Tower, etc. They have very similar features.

You can see the location on the botom center. It's the plot between the low rise buildings. You can also see another plot, already digged. i don't know what project it is though.

^^God,look how Dense Beirut is from this Angle ?? :eek: well,this area along with Ramlet el baida can host a lost of projects and highrises :)

UPDATE:

Demolition, excavation and shoring works will start in April 2008, and over 45% of the Tower has been pre-sold.

Update:

Excavation and shoring works are completed. Construction works started this month, and the building is expected to be completed by mid 2011. 50% of the Tower has been sold.
