WOOT! You are not contended of 420 meters? Well, I guess you got used of 400 - 600 meters being proposed or being constructed that this height is fairly common to you. Anyways, its another tall building of China. I can't wait for the unveiling of Shanghai Center.

How come each and every finance center -named tower looks so fantastic? :colgate: By typing "finance center" into Google, you will only find awesome looking towers. This seems to be true also with this Shenyang IFC. I've never heard about that city before, but it sounds like it's somewhere in Asia.

great news finally another massive supertall being proposed is to start construction soon and the start of a lot more to come from shenyang and its great no spires which i think should never really be included in a height of a building its just cheating to gain extra height

The building occupying the plot has been demolished today. It was 82m tall and had 24 floors.

Feb 24th by wang007sheng. Construction works for all big projects in town are scheduled to be resumed in March once the snow season is over. SYIFC has showed no progress in the last 10 months though.

In ss.cn they have posted that this one will be finally started in early 2010 for sure (once the snow season is over, I guess). 427m, the heights of the other two remain unveiled, maybe they'll reach 200m? They have 58~ and 48~ floors. We'll see.

The final height for this one may be just around 150m. Henderson Land is a troll developer, and it's announced fake supertalls for several times already (Guangzhou, Suzhou). So it's not a surprise. They're total liars, at least other troll developers such as Shimao and Yingli build shorter than announced but still decent towers heightwise. Henderson is a complete fraud.
