Didn't you already post another supertall for Sheyang? I thought I was seeing stars for a second. The boom never ends in China or Asia for that matter, I've never heard of this twin tower scheme proposed. There were ones proposed for Ningbo/Shenzhen and I believe either Chonqing or Guangzhou all between 70-80 floors, seems an inspiration and tribute to NYC's original twin towers WTC with similar heights

There is a twin tower fever in China right now.

Shenzhen twins are gone, they are planning single tower project now.

Ningbo 480m twin towers are a concept plan with no chances to become real.

Guangzhou is building 103 fl twins right now.

Chongqing has two major twin projects. Park Place, around 70fl, and Century Star Plaza, whose two main towers will be around 80 floors each.

Changsha twins, 400m, are a concept proposal with very few chances imo.

In Shenyang there are many. Hang Lung Plaza, u/c, 330m twins. Rich Gate City, 340m twins, also u/c. Wulihe City project's main towers are 300m+ twins too, approved. Now Dragon Dream Pacific twins, 400m. SR project might get a 300m+ twins too, others say they will build a single tower.

Tianjin is planning 300m+ twins in Binhai area, by Atkins if I'm not wrong.

Then, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Wuhan all have concept plans for 300m+ twin projects, we will see. Wuxi used to too, but I think they rejected it.

Btw, Shenyang has 9 on going supertall projects now, and another 1-3 coming.

I dont open threads for these projects until I find decent images and/or concrete information beyond a single render. If I opened a thread for every single supertall concept prop I find in China we would have more than 80 Chinese projects in this subforum.

This project is massive, you can see many 40fl + towers around the twins, simply amazing. However, the design looks extremely boring, just a gang of bloody boxes. I hope they'll release some more creative shapes...

I find the supertall design much too bland with the souless boxy Corprorate clone-look, it lacks character to Sheyang's other supertall proposals. Hope it comes out a lot better if it does come into fruition.

Some further info. Still no official though.

The 2 main towers would have been reduced to 300m. It is a huge disappointment since at first there were supposed to be 4x400m and then 2x400m only. Hope this wont be confirmed.

The rest of the plan is absolutely amazing. The 4 central towers should be 240m and the other 9 office towers 200m. Then there are another 40 highrises, all of them above 100m.

Total would be 2x300m, 4x240m, 9x200m, 40x100m+.

Still no official anyway.

More renders, still conceptual. Seems like the project wont host any supertall, still no official release confirming this though. The render shows 9x200m+ skyscrapers, what is pretty decent anyway. Yeah, seems extremely boring, but keep on mind that it is not the actual design, just concept.

That's a lot of buildings over a hundred meters tall. In comparison, there are only 65 buildings taller than 100m in the whole of Germany. In fact, there are only 36 buildings that are 120m or above in the whole of Germany. 15 less than in this single project!!

Well, well. A new item adding expectancies about the supertall possibility. The forumer 6-5 took this pic at one of those urban exhibitions. The model fits quite well with the unsourced renders they posted a few weeks ago.

wow... those towers are bland, but better than ugly but i hate the future residential portion of the project with their copy and paste towers. i wish Chinese developers stop going mass production flats and try to vary their designs, which i know they wont because demand is so high and this is the most cost effective and fastest way of getting more flats online.
