I believe his real intention is flooding the supertall section rather than introducing the projects

first the 295m he mention here under this section is too short to be in this supertall height

Second the 965m project has irrelevent renders which show 2 very different building in fact, I dun even know which is which

I am in Korea, in Ulsan, I have to visit Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Kojé
island, Gihné. Seoul have beautiful bulding, but generally in
Korea, you have sacrifice your environment to the urbanization.

There is far too much residential building ugly and identical, just to with dimensions the ones of the others, with dimensions of mountain.
The apartment buildings all identical, of appearance are dilapidated, this country misses really town planners, and laws on the urbanization, a regulation strict, there is much building kitch and ugly. There aren't houses...

the skyline of the city seems anarchistic, it does not have an overall urban policy, there is a heap of new construction of horrible dwelling, I think that Korean likes land profitability rather than the architectural beauty.

apart from kyongju, bulguksa, will sokkura, which preserved the Korean
style, it is very tourist cavity, it is the only preserved small
island of frantic and badly raisonée town planning.

the urbanization disfigures the landscape, of beautiful split are disfigured by the construction of motorway, motorway bridge, of tunel, it is a pity, its abime the landscape which is splendid.

The start of Sky Park's demise started spring 2005 when they failed to get their safety licence for some of the attractions - including the Bungee f- or the coming season. The stayed open during Summer 2005 without the said attractions running, and of course "Raffles" show continued but it now seems doomed.
