Whether or not this will ever realize will take atleast 1-2 yrs for contract to be awarded and things finalized.

They will probably use a major portion of that building to set up their head-office and sell off the rest of it as office space. Many companies do it. Its good advertisement as these building carry their name.

That's what I thought too, but it said 'Siemens wants to build and market'. And I thought what the hell. BTW, Engro Foods just took up a floor in the buttugly Faysal Bank building.

Well one can hope that it being a well-established company, something would materialize from this. Their strict criteria for qualification gives me hope that they're serious and committed to this project.
