DELEGATES are in for one hot summer, as they explore hot issues and discuss hot topics during the 9th Parliament of Youth Leaders (NYP 9), which will be held in Naga City in Camarines Sur.

“Bicolandia will be the venue of plenty of hot discussions on youth issues. Hindi lang summer destination at adventure tourism venue ang Naga, CamSur — ito ay isang youth-friendly locality,” states commissioner Gio Tingson, National Organizing Committee chair for NYP9.

While the rest of the country braves the summer heat, around 200 youth leaders face a different kind of heat as they express their opinions and support their views on policy proposals that could become government programs or policies responding to the various issues encountered by the Filipino youth.

Expansion lang ng Sta. Maria Josefa Hospital Foundation yung photos sir Garz. :) Annex building was inaugurated last sunday by the Archbishop. Only a few rooms are open as of this writing. They plan to open additional rooms when I get back to work with them. :lol: :lol:

I am not sure about Siruma (though I believe some of my co forumers answered already.:) ) but caramoan has all telephone company signals. :) Suncell has a very weak signal though at the jump off point (I forgot the name of the place. sorry), but that was as of last year. They might have improved this time. :)

The province, according to a statement from the office of Governor Luis Raymund Villafuerte, will celebrate the first Guinness Record tomorrow in rites coinciding with the first People Power Revolution on Edsa.

The massive tree planting program, called El Verde, was launched on February 23 last year with an objective to plant at least 12 million trees throughout the province by the end of 2012.

The effort paid off as a total of 585,566 trees were planted in multiple sites in an hour.

In the statement, Villafuerte said the province decided to celebrate El Verde’s first anniversary on the same day as the historic event on

Edsa because El Verde is a form of people power.

“In the same way that the Filipino people gathered together in 1986 to restore democracy in our country, the people of Camarines Sur have banded together to work for the restoration of the ecological balance of our province,” the governor said.
