Welcome kylesmith!

I highly recommend an uptown Naga adventure. Here are some of the itineraries worth experiencing:

1. Haciendas de Naga zipline, golf, pili harvest, carabao ride.
2. Dip in the relaxing pool of Bicol Hydro.
3. Trek Panicuason.
4. Malabsay and Nabontolan falls.

For your accomodation, I highly recommend Penafrancia Resort and Don Bosco Training Center.

Roundtable Discussion on the Casureco Consumer Movement

The Department of Social Sciences and the Institute of Politics have sponsored a second roundtable discussion on “The Struggles of the CASURECO Consumer Movement” last July 25, 2012. The session was organized by the Social Sciences Committee on Departmental Response to Pressing Social Issues with the help of the Economics Society (ECOSOC). The Committee is tasked to initiate discourses in the university on concerns affecting our region and country.

The discussion was opened by Mr. Rolan Jon Bulao, Chairperson of the Social Sciences, after the opening prayer led by Ms. Cathy Ortiz of ECOSOC. The activity was facilitated by Ms. Kim Israel and Eloisa Villamora, also members of ECOSOC. The brief input was followed by a meaningful and informative exchange of ideas among students, staff and faculty. The activity was graced by the presence of ten members of the CASURECO Consumer Movement from Naga City and Pili, headed by Ms. Maria Rowena Relativo.

The Institute of Politics and Department of Social Sciences have released a monograph entitled “Issue Alert” to present a summary of major points raised in the roundtable discussion. The third roundtable discussion will be about mining in the Bicol Region.

Kapuso confidently aggressive over regional broadcast in Bicol
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL
By Juan Escandor Jr.

NAGA CITY—Citing growing sales record in the Bicol region, executives of the GMA (Global Media Arts) are in the spirit of aggressiveness with its satellite-capable towers and transmitters to reach all six Bicol provinces.

Launched Friday last week, the GMA TV Bicol with its new administrative and transmitter buildings and towers which cost the network more than P100M is facing stiff competition with ABS-CBN’s regional station that has been monopolizing the regional television program in Bicol.

Rikki Escudero, vice president for regional TV, enthused before a media crowd about growth of regional sales exceeding 25 percent from last year’s.

“The Bicolanos are humble people but they always have money to spend. They give value to the important things,” Escudero added.

Elvis B. Ancheta, vice president for transmission regional engineering department (TRED), bared the capability of the GMA7 Naga to link up to stations in mainland Bicol and two island provinces.

Ancheta said they have the capability to link up to stations in other Bicol provinces from Naga City wherein news can be filed directly from the place where the news are happening.

Escudero said the GMA7 Naga is also linked to the news and public affairs program in Manila where news from Bicol could be filed live.

Ancheta said they would go with the competition and targets to reach to as far as Samar.

Escudero said they will have a daily afternoon primetime newscast “Baretang Bikol” and “willing to do a morning newscast as well if there is really a clamor.”

In a statement, GMA7 estimated more than 200,000 households with televisions and with the upgrading of GMA Channel 7 Naga to GMA TV Bicol they could reach Legazpi City and the provinces of Albay, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Sorsogon with estimated combined target households of more than 500,000.

“With the launch of GMA TV Bicol, Kapuso viewers will be provided with competitive programming of localized news and entertainment programs…(t)he station will also be running its newscast program Baretang Bicol, beginning Sept. 3.”

First Filipino in the Olympic marathon is a Nagueño
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL

NAGA CITY — Did you know that Benjamin Silva-Netto, dubbed by a national broadsheet as the country’s original marathon man, is from this city, with some of his siblings and other relatives residing in Balintawak Street, Barangay Lerma as active members of the community?

Silva-Netto, 74, was in the London Olympics as secretary-general of the Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association (Patafa) and leader of the country’s athletic delegation.

This Nagueño holds the record of being the first Filipino to have run in the Olympic marathon, clocking two hours 56 minutes and 19 seconds in Mexico in 1968.

CamSur triathletes shine in Cebu Cobra Ironman
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL

PILI, Camarines Sur — Middling to mediocre as the performance of our (token contingent to the recent London Olympics may have been, the experience all but shows that Filipino athletes do have very commendable competitive hearts and grit that given ample inputs, could very well propel the country to the forefront of international sports.

Moreover, it was clearly underscored that excursion into international games is never a spontaneous undertaking but entails long-range preparation and extensive nurturing that should emanate not at the top echelon but, more ideally, as far down from the grassroot level.

The seven-man CamSur Tri Team fielded by Gov. LRay Villafuerte that emerged with soaring colors from the recent Cobra Ironman 70.3 in Cebu are proofs in the flesh.

The CamSur Tri team organized in 2009 and fully supported by Gov. Villafuerte just after the very first Cobra Ironman 70.3 Philippines held here, was skippered by Benjamin Rana, Jr., who holds the distinction as the first Bicolano to join and finish the Ford Ironman World Championships held last October in Kaiiua-Kona, Hawaii.

The burgeoning triathlete from Magarao posted a cumulative time of four hours, 43 minutes and 17 seconds to place fifth in the Filipino Elite category with a 21st overall ranking against a field of over 1,300 of the best multi-sports athletes from 31 countries the world over, many of them professional athletes.

Four of his teammates also did CamSur and Gov. Villafuerte incredibly proud in the 18-24 Age Group Category: Billy Biag and Antonio Salamanque clocked in at 4:44:47 and 4:58:58 for a one-two finish with 22nd and 44th overall ranking, respectively, while Marc Anthony Hosana finished with 5:13:10 in fifth place ranked 83rd overall and Cris Dimaano with 5:31:43 in seventh place ranked 148th overall.

In Age Group 25-29, Rafael Vargas finished in sixth place (5:08:40), overall rank 67th while in the Age Group 30-34 Philip Atento finished 12th place (5:10:08) overall rank 71st

The members of the motely CamSur Tri Team who devoted substantial time and effort on their own and with whatever help may come their way have indeed proven we can compete at par with world-caliber athletes given a modicum of support and encouragement.

Aga Muhlach celebrates 43rd birthday in CamSur
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL
By Juan Escandor Jr.

SAN JOSE, Camarines Sur — Determined to run as congressman of the fourth district of Camarines Sur, movie actor Aga Muhlach celebrated his 43rd birthday in the province with a medical mission and concert that were attended by several showbiz personalities.

Still facing a voter’s disqualification case filed by political allies of Deputy Speaker Arnulfo Fuentebella whose son William Felix or Wimpy is running to fill in the shoes of his father for the second time around, Muhlach told the Bicol Mail Sunday night (Aug. 12) that it saddened him why he was being singled out among thousands of new voters.

He said he is confident he would hurdle the disqualification case filed against him and his wife Charlene Gonzales, with their application as voters of San Jose, Camarines Sur filed on March 19, 2012.

“If that’s their (Fuentebellas) style, I cannot stop them. I have been coming back and forth here since 2007 and nobody can deny my family is from Goa, Camarines Sur,” Muhlach said.

Naga gears up anti-dengue drive
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL
By Gerald O. Enguero

NAGA CITY — Dengue cases in the city slightly went down since a state of calamity due to mosquito infection was declared in May this year prompting city health officials to ask barangay and school officials not to let down their search and destroy operations against the deadly insect.

Records of the City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit show that the 202 dengue cases recorded in June this year went down to 140 cases in the following month of July. It has been noted, however, that since January to July this year, a total of 752 dengue cases have been recorded, and a number that is alarmingly higher than the 683 cases recorded for the whole year of 2011.

Silva-Netto: The Marathon Man
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL
By Noel Tablizo

HE started as an outfielder with the softball team. Then he took jumping – after discovering the thrill, when no Jesuits were around, in leaping from the second floor of the old wooden building to the heap of sawdust below. Running came much later, after high school, when he won the gold in the 1960 Bicol Interscholastic Meet.

Benjamin Silva-Netto of Ateneo H.S. Class ’57 was the race director of the recently-held St. Ignatius 5-K Family Run. Taking time out of his work as national commissioner of the Philippine Amateur Track and Field (PATAFA), he graciously accepted the invitation of the sponsoring class to visit the Ateneo and supervise the race. It was, for him, a homecoming of sorts after years of running all over the globe and winning honors for the country. After all, it was here that he got his first medal, a silver – not from any sports event but in an acting role in “Arsenic and Old Lace” staged by the Dramatics Guild under the direction of Fr. Murphy, S.J.

After his graduation in high school, he was recruited by the Camarines Sur School of Arts and Trades to join the track team. It was just the exposure that he needed. After several sterling performances in national meets, he was awarded a slot in the national training pool in 1960. In only a few months of training, he broke the national record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase.

His first international competition was in 1962 at the 7th Asian Games in Jakarta. The following year, he was a member of the 4×400 meter relay team that won the silver in the Games of New Emerging Forces (now referred as “Third World” countries as the “newness” had since then faded). In the Bangkok Asian Games in 1966, he ran in the finals of the 3,000 steeplechase. He placed 6th but he became a name to reckon with.

He later shifted his attention on the marathon, the ultimate test of all runners. In 1968, the humble native son of Naga was given the Most Outstanding Player Award at the Taipeh Invitational Track and Field Meet after winning the marathon. He soon became the undisputed national marathon champion. This earned him a ticket to the Mexico Olympics; thus he became the first Filipino to have competed in an Olympic marathon. It was, indeed, a long road from the Ateneo sawdusts to the streets and tartan oval of the Mexico Games.

After retiring from active competition, he coached the national team to the 1st ASEAN Track and Field Championship in 1973. He then became the athletics coach of the Ateneo de Manila winning for the school several NCAA, then UAAP, titles. He has represented the country as technical official in almost every international meet where the Philippines had participated, the most recent of which was the ASEAN Games in Singapore last June (1993).

He is married to the former Lydia Rosalada of Danao, also an athlete, whom he met in the practice field. She was also a national player in long jump, gaining international exposure in the 1966 and 1972 ASEAN Games. They have a daughter name Mayon (for “magayon”), a senior at La Salle.

The Bicol Olympian noted with pride that Bicolanos in the past had virtually lorded it over in track and field competitions in the country — Miguel White, Idava, Ballester, Rosin, Trampe, Del Prado, to name a few. However, he lamented the inadequacy of support of local leaders and officials to the sport citing the sorry state of training facilities in the region and the lack of proper programs in tapping the great potentials of local athletes. ADNAA Newsletter, August 29, 1993.

Police summon, warn illegal fuel traders in CamSur town
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL
By Juan Escandor Jr.

PASACAO, Camarines Sur—Without denying that there are local personalities involved, the top cop here revealed Wednesday (Aug. 15) they have identified 10-12 individuals who were summoned and warned to stop selling illegally obtained petroleum fuel from tankers or lorries.

But Chief Insp. Ruben Padua, newly appointed chief of police of this town, declined naming names because the police are still conducting “tedious investigation.”

Padua said he was told by the individuals he summoned and warned that they have stopped the trading of illegally obtained petroleum fuel siphoned from Lorries that get their supply from Caranan depot here.

On the verge of school transformation

Antipolo Elementary School
Teacher In-Charge
Pasacao District

Antipolo Elementary School is a remote school, where most of its graduates end their formal education at Grade six. This is ironic while there are some whose thirst for learning goes on as long as they live. They even go beyond post doctoral courses and more.

With the EFA goal or Education For All target as mandated by RA 9155 that transformation of some elementary schools is necessary. Once the criteria are met, Antipolo Elementary School will no longer be such, but, will be called Antipolo Heights Integrated School or AHIS very soon.

This upgraded school will fill the vacuum of high school education for the neighboring barangays/elementary schools such as Hubo, Bagong Silang, Tilnac, Macad, probably Salvacion, San Antonio, and of course, Antipolo, all in the municipality of Pasacao.

Integrated school offers preschool, elementary and secondary education of students. And so with this, most of the youth in these areas can now start dreaming for their future, when, before only very few could look forward to.

got confused hehe

Bon Chon is not a local franchise. The space has been apparently been visited by people from Bon Chon Philippines but the size didn't conform with the required space for the restaurant.

Although the location was already approved by Bon Chon Philippines, the size that did not conform with their international standard requirement, still has to be approved by their Korean counterpart.

Gainza trade fair to post P7M sale
AUGUST 16, 2012 by BICOLMAIL

NAGA CITY — In three weeks’ time, the organizers of the 2012 Bishop Francisco Gainza Trade Fair, which is targeting a P7M sale, expect to meet all the necessary requirements to ensure a successful conduct of the trade event during the forthcoming Peñafrancia fiesta that began right in this city in September 1875.

Fr. Marc Real, project director of this year’s BFGTF, said that right now more than 70 entrepreneurs and exhibitors have already manifested their interest to participate in the trade exhibit. The organizers of the church-initiated event are targeting at least 80 entities that will showcase their products and services.

In an interview, Real said the situation today is much better than last year and in 2010 when they have to go to other regions and provinces to scout for more locators. He said: “old and new exhibitors coming from different provinces like Albay, Catanduanes and Sorsogon are just coming in to manifest their willingness to join us this year.”

“There are Manila-based enterprises which will be joining us along with two others from Davao,” he said.

He said construction of tents and booths by Manila-based Robert James Company will begin 5 to 3 days before the opening of the event on September 6, this year, at its new site in Elias Angeles Street, here, which is a stone’s throw away from the Archbishop’s Palace and the Naga Metropolitan Cathedral, traditional site of the Virgin of Peñafrancia vigil other than being the regular route of the Traslacion procession.

Players in this year’s fair are composed of operators of business enterprises who wish to promote and market their merchandises, schools for the courses they offer, and government institutions that wish to inform the public about their services and programs, especially LGUs that are pursuing their local tourism programs and one town one product (OTOP) trade and production project.

He mentioned the Department of Agriculture as one of the event’s sponsors that will also maintain an exhibit booth.

Apart from the product and services exhibits like foods, handicrafts, fashion accessories, souvenir and religious items, furniture and furnishings, ornamental plants organic and natural products, health and wellness services, therapeutic massage, tourism and agricultural produce, the trade fair will also conduct entrepreneurial and skill training from September 8-13, this year, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Kolping Complex in Haring, Canaman, Camarines Sur.

The BFGTF trainings: Recycled Bead Accessories Making, Sept. 8; Product Packaging, Labeling and Development, Sept. 9; Marketing Management, Sept. 10; Food Processing (meat and fish), Sept. 11; Organic Farming, Sept. 12 and Financial Management, September 13.

thanks for posting the flight data for WNP, kim.

we still have 6 daily flights at WNP at the moment: 3 morning, 1 early afternoon and 2 late afternoon flights.

it's good that APX maintains its late afternoon flights even as CEB maintains the earliest flight to WNP at 630am.

even if it's not indicated here, usually there are a few more flights added during the penafrancia dates.

round trip flights for Sept 14/16, peak dates for Penafrancia, already cost as much as php7k++ at this point.

According to what I've heard over the radio, the number of flights a day will be lowered due to traffic problem in NAIA. This will continue until Naga Airport is upgraded which can be able to handle night flights.

actually, not just WNP but even NAIA itself. traffic is just so heavy that flights get delayed, causing a domino effect on all other incoming flights of ALL other airlines.

it also happens that the aircraft is on time -- and even arrives ahead of sked -- at WNP but decides instead to delay its departure from WNP and wait, since heavy traffic in NAIA will force them to wait and hover above the airport for a looong while anyway.

the reduction of flights is just a temporary solution. looking forward to a more lasting solution.

Bon Chon is not a local franchise. The space has been apparently been visited by people from Bon Chon Philippines but the size didn't conform with the required space for the restaurant.

Although the location was already approved by Bon Chon Philippines, the size that did not conform with their international standard requirement, still has to be approved by their Korean counterpart.

or did they CHICKEN out? hehehe

BonChon will surely be a good addition to the city's eating attractions. a manila-based chicken place, Manang's Chicken (garo ini si ngaran) which has a branch on Katipunan Avenue, serves very good BonChon like chicken at a cheaper price.

the place beside Geewan at the foodcourt also serves this kind of fried chicken, btw

there's a new donut place in SM Mega Mall -- forgot the name -- that serves donuts that are better and less sweet than Krispy.

hope Bo's finds its way here and even Figaro. good to have these Pinoy brands in the industry enjoying good patronage in the city/ province/ region.

Sosimo (at last)
Magsaysay Ave., Naga City

We have been trying to dine at Sosimo
for the past few months,
but found no luck in looking for a parking space,

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-q3DOMHT9olU/UB5iN7EheDI/AAAAAAAABSI/CNz1PE6eBRA/s400/IMG_4890.JPG

We found a vacant parking space last Saturday afternoon…
and finally got the chance to dine at Sosimo…

http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TkO_-bWYOpQ/UB5iiNMykjI/AAAAAAAABSQ/EfKFmOkUrJg/s400/IMG_4891.JPG

They have a wide choice
of Spanish dishes.

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-wskNdzPWnAs/UB5mkKBn4GI/AAAAAAAABTI/qDaFHWRKBvs/s400/IMG_4898.JPG

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--lrSbbyNQ4Y/UB5gCxYDPqI/AAAAAAAABRo/WqbLIxz8cj8/s400/IMG_4885.JPG

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-CcuPRsagsyQ/UB5fTNb-kwI/AAAAAAAABRg/dVFpsqNVaik/s400/IMG_4884.JPG

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-epBwAWDo4zc/UB5pus27mBI/AAAAAAAABUA/qlEF_e2IZRY/s400/IMG_4905.JPG

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-4bxY7zoKUQ0/UB5hgBiQDVI/AAAAAAAABR4/oAdp2YaSL7U/s400/IMG_4887.JPG

Being first time diners,
we asked the waiter for their specialties
(that served us complimentary- yes, free iced tea)
and suggested the following:

http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rkuQ_jTZW90/UB5nwl82wII/AAAAAAAABTY/1du0DQycM4w/s400/IMG_4900.JPG

Costillas (mini spare ribs) as appetizer-
which tasted like a soy sauce- less and vinegar- less Adobo.
It was very delicious.

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1AD0CEIg1N8/UB5og9gspQI/AAAAAAAABTo/_NXFLC6Fp2Y/s400/IMG_4902.JPG

It’s adobo without being salty and oily.
I believe the appetizer would go well with rice.

It took them long to serve the main meal
so my wife ordered another appetizer-
Patatas Bravas...

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YYhAZ6CFnZ0/UB5o-ZftG0I/AAAAAAAABTw/g9P3lPuIow0/s400/IMG_4903.JPG

It was so yummy and the best appetizer we tasted so far.
The potatoes are crispy on the outside, but velvety inside
and bathed with and orange- colored sauce
with hint of herbs and spices.

Then came to main course…

Arroz a’la Valenciania was the best
dish of this kind in the city…
Generous serving of seafood toppings…

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-oREgxvXOUTI/UB5qeZVUa-I/AAAAAAAABUQ/utlIJaL4lWM/s400/IMG_4907.JPG

It reminded us of the Arroz a'la Valenciana
we had at the Harbor House...

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0Llxl2v0lvQ/UB8gtc_nIyI/AAAAAAAABWo/EepBJ-MdDig/s400/harbor+house.jpg

at San Diego’s Embarcadero..

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wLTQ5Jl-gKE/UB8gqsIqS6I/AAAAAAAABWg/C9om6mdvruQ/s400/harbor+house+1.jpg

that we have been craving ever since.
We found it back home at Sosimo’s.

The Viki a’la Pobre was so good
It is a Dory steamed in foil
With all the juices, herb and spices
trapped at the bottom…

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-54LPGley6WQ/UB5rQE2lddI/AAAAAAAABUg/HY7lqD_zlRU/s400/IMG_4909.JPG

The Calamari Balsamico was juicy
and sweetish and tasted really good…

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-MTMPzRdc2GU/UB5qz9ZVxTI/AAAAAAAABUY/WyN6C0sJoGA/s400/IMG_4908.JPG

I forgot the name of the Chicken Dish
but it was the best we tasted so far.

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ZkHC0zFaHes/UB5qEjHUX7I/AAAAAAAABUI/zTS-M3L6nDc/s400/IMG_4906.JPG

“Eat when you drink, drink when you eat…”
Sosimo’s tagline is hip and catchy…
That it attracts students and the yuppies…

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DIAwc53Gfog/UB5mA_e_OWI/AAAAAAAABTA/_Z9OvaMoVJk/s400/IMG_4897.JPG

The restaurant is more of a bar

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-qiqVtShrznc/UB5kVuagtwI/AAAAAAAABSo/mb2CKt1g8gM/s400/IMG_4894.JPG

rather than as a place to dine

http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-U7V0NP3mXGg/UB5juF-o0TI/AAAAAAAABSg/Uoc5jtqLErU/s400/IMG_4893.JPG

But with the fabulous food they offer …

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-T2iSyDcRtSE/UB5jG4c2prI/AAAAAAAABSY/LIVmD5mEsHU/s400/IMG_4892.JPG

It’s about time they promote the restaurant not just as bar
-but as a family dining destination as well.

hmm that i dunno.. Pres Pao can answer this :)

i like how it feels after going out of the coliseum and you'll see SM.. so Araneta like

Since the inception of PCCL in Naga there was no cheerdancing competition. AFAIK, during Milo Marathon, a cheerdancing event is being held were Ateneo and MPCF are the perennial champions.

Latest PCCL ranking;
1. UNC
2. NCF
3. AdNU
4. MPCF

How I see our local teams played?
Here's how I perceived their performances:

NCF played like UST, rough and very agile.
AdNU, all heart, do-or-die the Ateneo way.
UNC, fast, furious and explosive like the DLSU.
MPCF, small, unpredictable and uncanny, reminds me of UE.

As who will be the champ and dethrone the 3-peat of Ateneo...hmmm abangan

The kids have been very curious on what is inside that Cruise Ship Shaped restaurant in Magsaysay- the Nikko's Ark.

But just like Sosimo, it is a known as a bar for wining rather than a place for dining.

I didn't know that they also serve full meals in this resto- bar.

We'll try the resto this weekend.

Philippine Startup Bicol Eyes Scheduled Services With Fokker 50s
By Leithen Francis
Source: Aviation Daily
August 16, 2012

Philippine travel agency, Southwest Air Marketing Tours and Promotions, is seeking an air operator certificate (AOC) for its Bicol Air Express unit to expand into scheduled services with a fleet of Fokker 50s.

Bicol currently provides some ad hoc charter flights using a BAE 146 and a Dornier 328 it charters from other operators, but the airline now plans to obtain its own AOC so it can operate scheduled and non-scheduled services, the airline’s president Ramon Torres tells Aviation Week.

According to Torres, Bicol already has a business license from the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) and has completed almost all the paperwork for its AOC. Responsibility for issuing AOCs rests with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

Yeah, the first option is the old wooden building, but they change their decision opted the former Bigg's( presently Tongsingwa Ukay), maybe because Advent bldg is easier and faster to renovate compared to the old one.

I see, I saw the huge tarp, so it is owned by Mr. O, I think it would be another hotel, if not BPO

I also saw the really huge tarp at the Royal An Hotel.

If Mr. O owns it, then it might be another hotel- his third on the city after CBD Plaza Hotel.

The old Brentwood International School is being turned to an Apartelle (Apartment Hotel) and this time the Royal An Hotel.

It is nice to know that the two old hotels (Lucky Fortune Hotel- now Voyadores Hotel) that closed in the late 90's in Naga City are being revived.

So far there are at least 7 budget hotels being built in Naga City

1. Chateau Isabel (CBD2) set to open this September
2. Sogotel (CBD2)
3. Sampaguita Tourist Inn 3 (Magsaysay)
4. The ADC's Boutique Hotel (Magsaysay)
5. Voyadores Hotel (formerly Lucky Fortune Hotel)
6. (Brentwood) Apartelle (Blumentritt St.)
7. Royal An Hotel. (Concepcion)

Decongest the centro proper. Presence of subdivisions sorrounding it makes it conducive for BPO.
