It seems like twisting towers are the trends of the decade. This one is definitely beautiful!

I don't like the top. It gets too skinny there. Even if it's "another" twisting tower, this one's a bit different though.

It's interesting to see this thing get built. Hope for more construction pics.

That is an absolutely stunning building, however i still think Turning Torso in Malmo is the most beautiful 'twister'!!!

What a smashing tower. I love how the outside orange peel like cladding leaves exposed gaps. It is done really well. Top marks!

This is one gorgeous looking scraper, very remniscent of the Swiss Re building in London and the Cocoon tower Under construction in Tokyo. An original design which is a breath of freshi air from the bland corporate boxy look.

This will be indeed a new landmark of modern architecture.
It seems the age of boxy towers in Japan has gone.

The tower looks way better thant the render. Most definetly the best high-rise Ive seen in a long time!

Well, unfortunately the thread was started when the tower was almost topped out, and there weren't so many updates either.

When I moved to Nagoya, only the Twin Towers were up, now I'm gone and just before I left they finished the Midland Square (Toyota Building) and Lucent buildings. Great things happening in Nags!

Someone please do an update on this building!

Wow. The name itself promises something curvy, but this is so over my expectations. Awesome design, finally something new and different. It's a shame that this isn't higher. It kinda looks like it's cut too short especially in the skyline picture. The spiral should rise higher. This city is just something I've never heard before. Google helps, tho.
