After the "Comcast center" end many ohter projects in that city, at last something classical stuff, not bad.

The first time I see this one. Nice tower. The classic look makes it fit nicely in this area. :)

I read somewhere that the least expensive "residence" (apartment) is going to be 1.5 million dollars. Is that true??? Okay it's an elegant deluxe building and it overlooks Rittenhouse Square ... but doesn't that seem a bit high? I mean, what is the Penthouse going for? 12 million?
