I hoped this thread would be a little longer. But, anyway, that's correct. Baguio City, Philippines.
The city of Pines as it is called, it has many pines in this tropical country. It is also called the Summer Capital of the Philippines, because people flock to this mountain city during summer to escape the heat in the lowlands. Baguio is about 10 degrees cooler on the average on any month than any place in the lowlands.
BTW, this is one of my favorite cities because of its climate.
