awesome, especially that huge soviet bomber. did it fly? model tanks are cooler though ;) i think there's some r/c armor model groups in texas, i should look into that when i get back. i also think there's an armor model show in austin on oct. 20 that i'll probably go to.

yeah, the tank kits are expensive (tamiya, the bandai ones are a little cheaper, about $300, but not as nice.) there's a lot of 1/16 and 1/15 cheap (about $100) r/c tanks on ebay though that are more on the toy side but can be reworked inside and out (i'm going to rebuild a T-34 soon.)
