Just wanted to know what type of landscaping (Trees,Bushes,Flowers etc.and what types)they are planting at the new condominiums? Its like having a nice suit on,but those shoes have to be polished shiny for the final touches. Also what landscaping is in store for Biscayne Boulevard when they get the wall completed?

Most renderings show LOTS of palms for the condos and the median of Biscayne Bldv.

There is a picture of 50 Biscayne with a newly planted Oak tree in another thread. So lets cross our fingers the trend continues passed the one tree.

The $40 Million rehab of Flamingo South Beach will have over 120 species of plants and over 1,000 Palm trees on 16.5 acres. Plants are selected by Kimley Horn and Rockwell Group to be aromatic and variation between the blossoming... perenniels, bienniels, cocker spenniels, and whatnot. (not 100% sure of to botanical terminology)
