The outside looks a bit different now. Painted in bright yellow, green, blue and red. Sounds crazy, but looks refreshing...

That's kewl! I like this one because it's down the road from the High Court if I'm not mistaken. Have you seen the development in the actual Fashion Precinct? I believe they are in the (SLOW) process of building Fashion Square, which will add a lot of after-work life to that part of town.

Oh yeah, Joburg I passed the Fashion Square site the other day and believe you me it has picked up momentum. Plety of construction workers there. I think that deserves its own thread. Do you have any other info about it? I will go take photos.

Fashion lofts is practically a stone throw away from the court. Work is progressing lekker in Pritchard Street. 10 or more buildings are either under renovations and/or construction or have been completed.

Unfortunately I don't really. All I know is that it's been slowed down a lot by disagreements between the JDA and the building contractors - building contractors NEVER finish on time.

I will try see what I can find on the JDA website.
