When my relatives asked me to buy citylights, central 2 years ago, I thought they were nuts.

If your buddy agent sold at $780,000, there is only 5 possiblity.

Main Reason. Good Location
1. High Floor.
2. Good View.
3. Well renovated.
4. Near MRT.

There is a high chance this is a buyer whom have enjoy a windfall in Enbloc.

i didnt. went for the clift as sail was out of my budget then.
