it's late night talk show host Spike Feresten actually. He does a lot of these practical jokes on location around the FOX studios, like in Hollywood and Koreatown. Look him up on youtube, he's quite hysterical, especially "Idiot Paparazzi" :lol: It's just too bad he's only on once a week. I wish he would replace that unfunny Jay Leno on NBC

Well, I personally think this show deserves a lot more air time, I like how straight forward and bold the humor is.
