Groundbreaking on a 25-story, 250-unit condominium tower in South Park has been pushed back to early next year, a spokesperson for developer Venice Investments said. The 250,000-square-foot, ground-up project on Hope Street between 11th Street and Olympic Boulevard is designed by Killefer Flammang Architects and would have 10,000 square feet of retail and 400 parking spots.
