One of the suburbs of Istanbul. Looks like on the approach to IST.

Istanbul...Asian side...Kozyatagi? The condos are Myworld and InCity and the Marriot hotel and that mall/condo is u/c in the red square.

The bottom right of this picture has wowturkey.com in it which gave it away. This would have been harder to guess if that wasn't there.
