ive been an agency-hired personnel for 6 years bago ako in absorbed ng govt kung saan ako naka assigned.. benefits from my mother agency?? ni kusing kapatid wala... kung hindi pa ako nakabuntis di ko ma eexperience ang paternity leave with pay!!!:lol::lol: laging sinasabi, the door is always open, bumalik ka sa agency mo at hanapan ka ng bagong office kung saan ka ididispatch.. ganun kababoy ang kalakaran sa maynila ngayon.. F*** talga!!!:lol::lol:

san ka lulugar?? of course just choose the lesser evil kapatid......

^^ Ilagan I believe would be a first class city immediately kasi malaki ang magiging IRA nyan. One of the largest cities in the country kasi eh. Kung ang Tugue ay may close to 400 million na IRA, how much more sa Ilagan na malayo ang laki kaysa sa Tuguegarao.

Ang possible cities ng Cagayan ay Lallo, Aparri, Sta. Ana. Though I don't see the conversion in the next few years. Tagal pa.

Lallo's conversion to a city will be on historical basis. One of four cities kasi siya ng Pinas during Spanish times. Aparri is easily the second most progressive town in Cagayan. Though malayo pa compared sa Tugue. and Sta. Ana, one of the fastest growing municipalities in PHL and slowly turning out to be the country's next investment and tourism hub.

As I said, matagal pa maging city yung mga nabanggit ko sa Cagayan. Ana has one of the greatest potentials kasi sa buong pilipinas.

Anu ba mangyayari if may economic zone?

Yan ay itinakda naman ng Regional Development Council ng R2 with the help of the provincial government of Isabela and LGU Cauayan na parang support sa CEZA.

Tropical storm 'Gener' brings blessings to Isabela farmers
By Merlito G. Edale, Jr.
Thursday 2nd of August 2012

ILAGAN, Isabela, Aug 2 (PIA) -- The rains by tropical storm (TS) “Gener” brought blessings to Isabela farmers.

Danilo Tumamao, provincial agriculturist, said that as far as the agriculture sector is concerned, the rains brought by TS Gener have been considered a great blessing to Isabela farmers, most especially to the corn farmers, as their corn plants are already at vegetative and flowering stages.

“We thank God for the rains brought by TS Gener as these was a blessing to our farmers,” Tumamao said.

Isabela has the largest corn area in the country and it is the country’s top producer of corn.

Aside from increasing production (32 subdivisions will be launched this year), Vista Land plans to build 50 malls in five years, five new malls this year and ten per year over the next four years. This frenetic pace of mall building is faster than the four malls per year clip of SM, which has more than 40 malls.............

Thank you Lord, for the gift of water to Isabelinos. Our farmers needed that amount of water to sustain their crop. But I feel sorry for those hardly hit and affected by the storm. God Bless them for their hardwork.

The College of Medicine in ISU-Cauayan will be handed over to THE COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY of CAGAYAN STATE UNIVERSITY-CARIG CAMPUS after failure of the said school to pass all the requirements needed in operating a medical school as evaluated by the ACCREDITORS OF MEDICAL SCHOOL just recently. Starting this first week of August, College of Medicine in ISU will be resumed by CSU-Carig Tuguegarao.

Namely, College of Medicine and Surgery-CSU, Carig, Tugue, College of Medicine-St. Paul University Philippines, and College of Medicine-Isabela State University-Cauayan.

Yan ay itinakda naman ng Regional Development Council ng R2 with the help of the provincial government of Isabela and LGU Cauayan na parang support sa CEZA.

July 2012 Press Release:

Manny Villar will build 50 malls, 20,000 homes
Published on 19 July 2012
Hits: 1,628
Written by Tony Lopez

After being distracted by the presidential election in May 2010, Senator Manny B. Villar Jr. is going back to the business he knows best—housing............................

Aside from increasing production (32 subdivisions will be launched this year), Vista Land plans to build 50 malls in five years, five new malls this year and ten per year over the next four years. This frenetic pace of mall building is faster than the four malls per year clip of SM, which has more than 40 malls.............

_____________________
Wow!!! 5o Malls in five years ? 5 malls this year and 10 malls per year for the next four years? So after 5 years Starmall will be the 2nd big player in the mall industry, will surpass Robinsons and will be next to SM. Nice!!
Sa 7 na nabanggit sa press release, kasama na kaya ang Santiago sa 5 malls this year?????
kelan kaya start ng construction nito ? :)

COC 122 - Isabela Coal Mine and
Power Plant PNOC EC is the holder of COC 122
which straddles portions of the
city of Cauayan and the
municipalities of Benito Soliven in
Isabela. The project consists of a
coal mine production area and mine-mouth power generating
facility. Liginite coal will be mined
from three (3) mining areas in
Cauayan City, Municipality of
Benito Soliven and Municipality of
Naguilian, with total reserves of 28 million metric tons. The mine
will supply coal as fuel to the
power plant, which will be
situated in Cauayan City, with an
initial capacity of 50 MW. The project aims to promote the
use of indigenous coal resources
and address local energy demand
requirement. Consequently, the
project is expected to bring
widespreas economic benefits to the province of Isabela while
ensuring that concerns on the
environment and stakeholders
remain paramount. In 2009, PNOC EC submitted the
Environmental Impact Statement
(EIS) to the DENR-EMB, and the
Environmental Compliance
Certificate (ECC) was issued in
February 2010. Studies on the mine and power plant design, and
cost optimization were conducted
while CSR activities were also
implememted in the affected
areas to secure the involvement
and support of the local goverment units in the various
project activities. PNOC EC will employ the
Progressive Mining Rehabilitation
Method which involves the staged
treatment of disturbed areas
during mining operations rather
than undertaking large scale rehabilitation works at the
conclusion of planned mining
activities. The power plant will cover
around 55 hectares inclusive of a
12-hectare plant imprint and 40-
hectare buffer zone. It will utilize
a circulating fluidized bed (CFB)
combustion boiler. CFB technology is an advanced method for
utilizing coal and other solid fuels
in accordance with environmental
standards of the industry.

Philippine National Oil Co.- Exploration Corp. (PNOC-EC) is looking to start the development phase of its Coal-Operating Contract (COC) 122, or its Isabela coal-mine and power-plant project, by 2012 and finish it by 2015.

Investors Keen On PNOC-EC
Project
$400-M Coal Power Plants By JAMES A. LOYOLA
August 3, 2012, 5:53pm MANILA, Philippines — Foreign
and local investors are interested
in forging a joint venture with
PNOC – Exploration Corporation
for its planned mine-mouth coal
power plants in Zamboanga Sibugay and Isabela worth $400
million. “At least three (expressed
interest) but we are not at liberty
to disclose as there is no
commitment yet. These are
domestic and foreign firms,” said
PNOC Exploration vice president Joseph Omar Castillo. The two mine-mouth coal power
plants will have a combined
capacity of 200 megawatts. PNOC-EC plans conduct a bidding
for the transaction advisor on
August 6. The advisor will help
the PNOC-EC scout for joint
venture partners for the
development of mine-mouth power plant projects. Castillo said they are hoping that
more companies will express
interest once the joint venture
terms are finalized by the
transaction advisor. “Crafting
lucrative joint venture terms will be part of work of our transaction
advisor,” he said. The technical advisor will have
135 days to select PNOC-EC's joint
venture partner for the two coal
projects. “We just want a minority (stake
in the joint venture) so PNOC-EC
will have up to 49 percent only,”
Castillo said. He added that PNOC Exploration is
optimistic that it can find a
competent joint venture partner
for its projects. “There are many
prospective partners and
competitive bidding is best way to get the best deal,” he said. Castillo noted that they may select
a joint venture partner as early
as 100 days from August after the
transaction advisor contract will
be awarded. PNOC Exploration officials earlier
said San Miguel Corporation had
expressed interest to partner
with the company to develop the
Isabela and Zamboanga Sibugay
mine-mouth power plants. “The power plants are at 100 MW
each. It will be coal fired from
PNOC Exploration's coal mines.
The first in the country. It will
reduce logistics cost of
transporting coal. Isabela and Zamboanga Sibugay are
underserved provinces and the
plants will hopefully boost
business climate and generate
needed employment,” Castillo
said.

I read one article expressing his sentiments for not being able to get into that position. According to the article, Pres. Quilang got it.

Yes...but Pres. Quilang of ISU ay hindi nakaupo as president of CSU because of Father Ranie...CSU is under the leadership of an OIC, The Chairwoman of CHED RO2.

Alam ko 91kms yan. Aritao to Caranglan/San Jose...

Ok yan para may kadugtong ang SCTex extension from Tarlac to San Jose...
