Hi I have just seen this and feel worried as we have inested in the Flora Villa project by Chapal and the location looks the same !!!!!!!

Same in which sense. If you are saying same land then dont worry flora is located some where else. If you take left from green city then you will find the location of Flora.

all of these villa projects in that area seem to be very delayed...Escape (no construction 9 month after the launch), Ameera village (nothing happening for a long time no), Green City and Itihad Village (signboards have been up for quite some time, as well as fences, but no construction happening)...I wonder why ?

Same in which sense. If you are saying same land then dont worry flora is located some where else. If you take left from green city then you will find the location of Flora. Thank you for putting my mind at rest. Chapal do have a good trakc record form my research although they do not escrow accounts yet.
